S. Preston Art Gallery — Attraction in Anaheim

Though I began as a fan of S. Preston’s minimalist ballparks, my admiration for his various projects continues to grow. My most recent purchase was his salute to the 2025 Speedway Classic featuring the Cincinnati Reds. I find that S. Preston always finds a way to capture sports moments that I want to remember in his own unique style.

Another recent addition to my collection of S. Preston art was his Bert & Ernie of “Sesame Street.” Both of my children were huge fans of Sesame Street, and having a fun drawing of Bert & Ernie in Cincinnati Reds gear enjoying ice cream is a fun addition to my collection. It seemed especially appropriate for me because when my oldest was watching Sesame Street, his only goal at a baseball game was having ice cream.

I have been a fan/customer of S. Preston for over 10 years. I have purchased various items over the years, including purchasing a “Mystery Slab-Cincinnati.” I’m really not the type of person who normally would make a “mystery” purchase. But, I trust S. Preston and I love his artwork, and the possibilities were clearly listed. I didn’t get my first choice; but I understood that was a long shot. I am very pleased with what I did receive, and I consider myself very fortunate to have an original piece of art by S. Preston.

S. Preston’s unique minimalist approach to sports has fascinated me since I first saw his work. I began collecting his series on baseball stadiums, and then his series on colleges. S. Preston's Art is top-notch. It is even more beautiful when it arrives. I came to know S Preston's art after the Panthers won the Stanley Cup. (GO CATS!) I ordered two Florida Panther mystery boxes for my girls for Christmas, a Lambeau (for me!), 4 Florida panthers, a Saints print, and two art slabs of Wrigley field (the ivy and the flag) as gifts for Christmas. The only mistake I made was not ordering the prints framed. They are just far too beautiful not to be framed professionally. The colors are vibrant and of super high quality. By the way, S. Preston, has a world class customer support team and I dont think any customer service rep has ever been more responsive and kind to help me answer questions (Thank you Marc!!!). I don't routinely write reviews, but I actually couldn't wait to write this one. I am forever an S. Preston art collector and I am excited to see the faces of the receivers of my gifts this holiday season. My items all arrived timely and were impeccably packaged. First All Star Week is in the history books. One of my favorite parts was visiting some of the Artist. S.Preston had the best display for what I am looking for. I came back every day looking at his art. Decided on a poster for my Baseball and Bourbon room only to come back one last time to ask about something I saw on his website. And there it was. a Wally Red Sox painted baseball. The artist stopped what he was doing and chatted with me. You can feel the passion he has for his work and those interested in purchasing. He even lowered the price a little today to seal the deal. I really appreciate the way he took the time to personally assist and then had a picture taken with me.
