Most ridiculous service we have ever received anywhere. Michelle was so condescending and rude for absolutely no reason. It wasn't just to us, we witnessed how she spoke to every table around us as well.
She was annoyed that another employee told us different information over the phone about a reward that she took forever to come back to us. We watched her wait on numerous tables multiple times before even coming back to check on us.
Then, she took so long to deliver our food to us that when it arrived, it was cold. The spinach dip had hardened on top and the sauce on the pasta has dried. She brought out everything all at once, appetizers, salads, meals, everything. Which means some was sitting for a long time in the kitchen.
She rarely checked on us. Once done eating, we sat there and starred around for 20+ minutes, waiting for her to come back to order dessert. When she finally decided to stop by, we tried to order dessert and she rudely said no, the kitchen is closed. It was 10:04 and not our fault she never bothered to check or even offer. No one alerted us the kitchen closed. When I responded that we had been waiting to order and no one told us she glared at me and sternly said "The kitchen is closed, like I said".
When we received our checks, I asked to verify that we weren't charged for my child's food that never arrived and she snapped and said "if you don't see it on there, it isn't". I had asked to gi over her an opportunity to apologize and she still wouldn't. Never apologized for the wait, the ordering issue, the kitchen being closed and not alerting us, or my child not getting all of her order. Utterly ridiculous.
Can't comment on if the food was good or not since it all arrived dried and cold.

1/17/25 At first it was nice to arrive to a wonderful server like Abby, but then I noticed tasks were taking too long to be completed. Delay on drinks and food to, as I was somewhat enjoying my mojito beverage. That's the only thing that really kept me from leaving because my food was taking longer than expected. If I would of finished my drink, and no food would of came out I would of cancelled my order and left with a party of 6. Overall the food was pretty good, but the lack of management was the problem. 2 or 3 servers for the amount of tables being occupied, was just not enough. I'm surprised the manager was no where to be probably 95% of my time at the restaurant. I've never had this issue at other cpks. I believe the manager eventually showed up at a booth next to us and spent more than 30 mins or so chatting with his friends. Well, anyways, the only reason I went to this cpk is due to it was closer to home and I figured because it's closer to Disney it would be a cleaner restaurant. There was one server on the east side of the restaurant that was doing everything from taking orders, cleaning tables, and even cleaning the bathrooms. Very impressive. I believe the servers did the best they could with what they had. Get a new manager that takes pride in his/her work. I would recommend Abby as she appears to be a very hard working individual that takes pride in her work. Thank you Abby for making it the best experience possible. You deserve this promotion. At first sight, I identified several warnings there were many people waiting (they appeared to be frustrated)... no host at the front, there appeared to be many tables available, there were five tables that had not been cleared and the previous guests plates, silverware and trash had not been cleared. Eventually when a host was available he wrote my name on the second page and quoted me 15 minutes for a party of two...I thought this was strange because there was additional room on the first page. As, I waited an extended period much more than my quoted 15 minutes and three guests with larger parties who checked in after me were seated. I asked an employee why the other guests were seated before when I was there before them and the employee stated that this did not happen and completely discredit my experience. I asked employee to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I was absolutely stunned...I then asked him why he would discredit and or be dismissive in regards to a guest experience. My perception is my reality...The manager then apologized after I addressed this with him in private and away from my daughter. I ordered an avocado egg roll appetizer, an adult entree of Mac and cheese, and the tequila chicken pasta. The food did not meet the quality standards that I have previously experience and that I have become accustomed to at California Pizza Kitchen.
