Conveniently located in the GardenWalk Shopping Center and near the Anaheim Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure Park and surrounded by nearby hotels. This iconic restaurant brings all the charm and delicious eats it's known for, right here to anaheim for you to enjoy. From elaborately themed and detailed decor in the interior of the restaurant to quaint exterior patio seating for that fresh air feel. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the warm inviting colors, beautiful mediterranean and greek folklore accents, with enormous vaulted ceilings and gorgeous adornments throughout. To your left is a display case filled with a wide array of delectable cheesecakes and deserts that tantalize the tastebuds in your eyes. To your right is an inviting and cozy bar area with plenty of adult beverages to appease any palette. Once seated you have a menu that is jam packed with various options from burgers to pastas to flatbreads and more. You can't go wrong with their pasta choices or flatbreads as we did on this particular visit. The Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken was to die for. The sauce was perfectly prepared with copious amounts of cream and cheese to make it thick, flavorful and delicious. The noodles were al dente and provided the ideal consistency for a memorable bite. The chicken was seasoned and added that magnificent overall taste real Fettuccini Alfredo is known for. The flat bread pizza, The Bee Sting, was jam packed with flavor and delectable ingredients that danced on your tongue. Soft and crispy edged crust and delicious meats snuggled in a bed of tasty cheeses and marinara sauces provided a delicious treat. Nothing like washing down and complementing your tasty foods with a savory adult beverage. We had a Mai Thai and an Old Fashion, both flavorful and delightful. We partook in a snickers infused and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake slices to go, both scrumptious and somewhat satisfying. When it comes to their namesake, cheesecakes should be their go-to and jaw dropping item. I didn't feel the cheesecakes led me to that belief, but were still very good. I personally believe at the price point of $10 to $12 per slice average, they should be a little larger and knock your socks off. It felt as if they fell a bit short here as in the past, they have wowed me with their tasty slices. The raspberry slice used to come with a delectable and tangy sauce to apply and this one did not. The excess amounts of whipped cream filled the container to compensate for the lack of size, leaving a slight feeling of disappointment. Although a bit on the pricey side, this establishment brings value to the price with their decor, service and great food. With so many choices in the area, we are all tasked with choosing one that checks off all of the boxes for a great experience. This creates value for our hard earned dollars we choose to spend on entertaining our tastebuds. This one comes very very close to ringing that bell and getting all of the boxes checked off. I'd say, when in the area and you have a hankering for delicious eats, stop in and let them know, I want...
Read moreI went to get chicken "taquitos" at the restaurant and had to order them there because I couldn't order them online due to only having to pay with cash. I didn't want to use my debit because i had left it at home. Well, I get there, and the girl right of the bat starts acting weird, I said, "Can I order tacos and she said, "What tacos?( In a very rude voice) Do you want beef of chicken? Mind you, I didn't know they had other chicken taquitos. I said the ones that were 12 or 13 dollars on your menu, she told me in an annoying voice: Well , we don't have anything that's 13 dollars here. Then proceeds to charge me for tacos I didn't ask for while I look for the ones I saw online. I show them to her, and she runs to the kitchen but saying Oh, you want the appetizer chicken taquitos." When she comes back, acts like it's my fault and says you should have said that before. I actually did. I told her I wanted the chicken taquitos that were 13 dollars. But I wasn't trying to be mean or anything, but she charge me the money for the other ones even beofre knowing the ones I really wanted, then she rings the order again and tell me it's 13 and some cents I told her OK you can give me back the difference from what I paid. She said said in a rude voice, "Well, don't you have money?" I said I did i just used it to pay for the other taquitos you charged me for that I didn't want. Personally, I think she was being really rude, and I was being nice way too long responding in a respectful tone to her. I told her well can't you do the math?" She looked at me and had to bring her manager because apparently she couldn't do the math. Then the manager gave me back the difference as she saw him giving it to me, 2 minutes later she told me mam you need to pay the taquitos I told her again? I just got the difference from your manager. She turned and acted like she didn't know when clearly she saw him giving me the difference I got overcharged with by her. I felt so out of place, and I usually go here with my family for our birthdays and Mother's Day. I felt so unwelcome and targeted because I wasn't dressed what would fit their norm when people dine in.. keep in mind I was there for just pick up for myself. She made my visit so uncomfortable and was so disappointed. Her name is Arely G, and it happened at 1:50 pm May 22,2025. I don't know what her problem was, but she needs to be humble. She is in no way better than anyone. Plus her and some other women were talking badly about other workers, and I could hear them. For people like them is that a lot of good workers and customers don't come back. I love Cheesecake factory, but with that type of employees I don't know anymore. Made me feel like I couldn't pay for my food, which I can clearly! Other than that food is delicious and other people who work there have been...
Read moreThe service and of course the cheesecake were the only positives here. Ok the restaurant is pretty cool looking too. But unfortunately, our meals were about as bad as it comes. We got the Chinese chicken salad- which I have gotten several times at other locations- and the Alfredo with chicken added.
The Chinese chicken “salad” was not a salad at all. It was a bunch of stale fried rice noodles over a bed of..I don’t even know what but it wasn’t lettuce. I found a few rogue pieces of chicken in there but the rest was just a big wet mass of … dressing. I truly could not identify what it was that was supposed to make it a salad but again, there was no lettuce, cabbage, anything that resembled a salad base. Most of it went uneaten.
The “Alfredo” had no flavor and I’m not sure it even had any Parmesan in it. It had the texture and that’s about it- no amount of salt and pepper was bringing this dish back from the dead. And the pasta wasn’t al dente… it just wasn’t cooked. And again, most of it went uneaten. We arrived starving after flying all day and we still couldn’t bring ourselves to eat our meals.
It was extremely busy but I really don’t find that to be an acceptable excuse for dishes that were served to us. You are a restaurant. Serving decent food is literally YOUR JOB.
The bathrooms were atrocious with most stalls being completely out of TP, and the paper towels were spilling out of the garbage on to the floor. The cleanliness of a restaurant’s bathroom tells you a lot about the general cleanliness of a restaurant as a whole, and this was concerning to say the very least.
The two positives of our visit- our server who was great and attentive and the pineapple cheesecake.
We’ve never had a bad experience at a Cheesecake Factory before but the food tonight was just so unacceptably bad. It’s so frustrating when you pay for someone else to cook for you and they can’t even execute the exact task they are there to do. It’s also ridiculous when you pay to add chicken to your dish and you get 3 measley little wisps of chicken.
We should have asked for a manager However, as I said, the restaurant was very busy and really, we never even saw a manager come anywhere near our table. Our server should have noticed that both of our meals were barely touched. The worst part was the $70+ bill for food that was worse than cafeteria food and I’m really regretting not talking to a manager but at that point we just wanted to get out of there (again, tired from flying all day) so we cut our losses.
We never had any question about visiting the Cheesecake Factory before, but after this visit we are not likely to return to any location anytime soon. Very...
