First shopping experience was good - great deals very nice store with a lot to offer . Only up until i got to the register and she rang up my items and I asked about the return policy because I was unsure if I would keep everything . She told me about the return policy , tendered my order and the printer got jammed . She looked at me and just threw away the jammed receipt . I told her I would need a copy in case I wanted to return some things . That was in October, fast forward to yesterday . I go to return 1 pair of the 10 pair of jeans I bought and the cashier for one had an attitude like she really didn't want to deal with me. Cool , we all have days like that I work in retail but I NEVER take it out on my customers . She asked me if they were a gift , I told her no - That was the receipt I was given when I checked out . She rolled her eyes and said "well this is a gift receipt so." Ok , and I told her again ... it wasn't . She proceeds to turn around and get I guess the manager to look up my receipt. I gave them the exact date and explained the situation - he finds my receipt and gives her a number and she still has an attitude . At this point I'm about 2.5 seconds from telling her about herself , some people need to be reminded real quick . I didn't , the damn jeans were $8 and some change . I went back into the store and spent twice as much and the entire time someone was watching me shop .... cool - NEVER WILL SPEND ANOTHER RED CENT at this one . I live 6 minutes away but I will definitely go to...

First time shopper & was so blessed to get so many name brand, great quality items at such great discounts! Took off a lot of Christmas shopping stress! The line was so long, wrapping around to the back of the store, but it moved rather quickly & that was impressive. Very handy to have price scanners around store for customers to check items as they go. Something here for everyone. So many NICE items too! Toy choices/brands left a little to be desired, maybe that will improve though. And despite the crowd & holiday chaos, my cashier - I believe her name is Savannah, and the young lady assisting her - they had to have been worn out, but they were so jovial, sweet, full of holiday spirit and so kind...so patient! They really made my first shopping experience there even more delightful. And a young man assisted me with a buggy & helping me find an item. You can tell places you go to that the owners treat their employees right by their employees demeanor and above & beyond customer service! I drove 45 minutes from Georgia to see what this store was all about because so many people told me I needed to go there. So glad I did! Thank you for top tier services & affordable prices! Store & restroom very clean too. Love the melon pink ladies room. Will def...

I would give this Hamrick's 5 stars because of their cashiers, who were extremely nice and helpful. However, the employees that are working the main part of the store are huffing, puffing, and bickering with one another right in front of the customers. One of the women, I won't say lady (because she about barreled me over), after having some sort of argument with a co-worker in the dressing room area. As she exited the dressing room area, she about knocked me and one other customer down, with no acknowledgement of her wrongdoing. It's not even Christmas time yet, and if they're already huffing and puffing this much, they might just bring Santa in on the Polar Express!!! Needless to say, I won't be back at this Hamrick's until after Christmas, and it's iffy...
