I went in for Botox here (which I have been getting in Raleigh for a couple years) since I was in this area one day. Staff were friendly as was the provider I saw that day. The NP said I did not need a follow up appointment. It took a while to begin noticing any change at all however they say it can sometimes and everyone is different. At the one month mark, although I could possibly? see a tiny bit of softening, there was very little, if any, change. The muscles in my forehead still moved very easily and the deep wrinkles were still the exact same. This has never been the case any where else I have gone for Botox. Although I have never complained over a treatment, I decided with the amount of money I had spent, I should call. I called their office at one month and a week. I received a call back the next day from one of the managers. She was extremely nice and helpful and said they definitely wanted me happy and to remain a customer. She said I would just need to come back in so they could see that the Botox did not take. She scheduled the appointment for two weeks from that day. I let her know that I did not want to spend any further money as I had already paid for the treatment. She said that she didn't handle much of that end of it but would talk to the other manager that did and would call me back before my appointment if there were any issues. I did not hear anything back and received an appointment reminder. I got a babysitter and went back the 40 minutes to their office. They again took before and after pictures and even the nurse said there was no change. The pictures from before the Botox were almost identical. Definitely not worth paying over $400 for. When the PA came in (a different one, the other one was no longer with the practice), he admitted there was little, if any, change as well. He began telling me that it was hard because it had been so long since I got the treatment, etc....I let him know that it usually lasts me at least 3-4 months (and that is what they tell you too). I called them a month and a week from treatment, I should have been very happy with the results at that point. I told him the situation and my conversation with one of the managers which got me there today. He spoke with the manager and came back in and said that since I was at almost 2 months now that it could be that it has just worn off. I called them at 5 weeks but even now at 7 weeks, it shouldn't have already worn off! They offered to do the Botox again for a very slight discount from what I paid or come back in two weeks for a trainee to do it for a little more of a discount. No thank you. I came in letting them know that I didn't want to pay any more money for a treatment I had already paid for. I had also gotten a babysitter and wasted all the time going there, etc. Being a medical provider myself, this is not what you expect from a service industry. It's a very unfortunate situation because they could have gained a customer (maybe more with friends) by correcting the mistake however they certainly lost atleast one. I never have written a review however I thought others should be cautioned by this very disappointing situation. This is not the customer service you expect for expensive cosmetic treatments. There are so many places to choose from for this. I strongly believe it should have been handled differently and closer to how it was portrayed that it would be handled when I agreed to...

I suffered with horrible acne for most of my life (age 12 - 26). I saw dermatologist after dermatologist, and tried every acne medication known to man, but nothing ever worked.
