Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Apple Valley

Having to take time out of my day to express my experience I had coming to this location should mean a great deal to whom ever thinks about stopping for any product sold here..I went in on 10/10/17 & I ordered a Pitaya Sunset when i left the store to enjoy my drink I noticed somthing very unusual, on my third sip I happened to notice a piece of plastic coming out of the straw. Made me very angry to think I could have drank grounded up plastic on my 1st and 2nd sip. When I went back inside i did not recieve the same service as when I 1st arrived, they made me feel as if I placed the plastic there, I did not finish my drink what so ever. When asked if I could get contact information of the owner Kenny the manager gave me an info card. When i called the number it directed me to the store location which then Kenny answered & said "Well doesn't the card I gave you have two phone numbers". No respect given. His tone made me feel as if he was not there to help knowing I was trying to get a hold of the owners, & the card clearly has one phone & one fax number. Not satisfied coming here I will never return knowing they have careless employees who do not pay attention to detail. I hope who ever reads this review thinks twice about stopping here, who knows what the next drink made...

Ordered 2 bowls and 1 smoothie. The bowls were not made correctly. After reaching the store manager, Jacob, he fixed the problem above and beyond what would have typically been offered. He was EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and understanding. He was very concerned that I had a poor experience in that one visit. (I have never had an unhappy visit before.) Jacob made sure my visit was refunded and I could come again, on them, for another time. Our communications were great. I would not change a thing! One can visit this location with confidence, knowing that the team is most focused on the customer having a great experience! The store manager is FANTASTIC. The location is clean. A company's top priority should always be the safety of their employees, right? Well, that’s not the case here. They allow their young female employees to be in the store by themselves. I’ve been in there and witnessed a young lady who had to deal with a total creep by herself. The reason your store runs, is because of your employees, so their safety should be a priority! I bet you would make your own family a priority, right? These young ladies have no business being alone, PERIOD. I’m trying to find corporates number. I have a feeling that this is franchise so I think I’ll look into osha laws. DO BETTER!!! Make your employees...
