I came to this place late at night. I am an disabled person and I just got out of the hospital. I needed to use one of that carts to drive around the store in at this particular time. When I went in one of the main doors were closed so I had to use another door. When I walked in I did not see any one of these electric carts to use so when I came in to the store, I ended up walking all the way down to the main door to find out that those doors were locked and I couldn't access the scooters there. Nice variety of shops with exterior entrances, so one doesn't need to go inside a mall. Several restaurants. From a customer point of view, the shops are in good repair. The massive parking lot is bisected by two city streets and they, along with the parking lot, are in need of maintaining. There is no center line so drivers will drive down the middle of the roads. Decorative trees are dying, and border rock could use attention. There is no easy way to get from one group of shops to another, without walking through parking lots and along busy street.
