Hello friends and families. Long story make it short. After spoken to store manager, I was told to go back to the store to get the âJoinGoodwillâ discount since Darlene, whom actually very friendly forgot about it. I went back Sunday and let me tell you guys. Itâs was absolutely unprofessional and poorly handled. Shelia helped me this time, she was not friendly and did my transaction wrong, AGAIN. I took my times to explained to her but she didnât care to listen or look at where I was pointing to ON the receipt. Itâs was very frustrated after this because itâs took her about 20min to redo my transaction just to found out itâs was wrong and yet after all thisâŚshe ignored me. I even politely apologized to her that Iâm sorry I took more of her times but she didnât respond back to me. After ignoring me for 5min she called for help. Michelle came and she is such as rude as Shelia. Michelle is a manager, assuming. And she was rude, didnât let me finished explain my situations after she asked me what going on. At this point I just canât not with them and told them if they can just give me 50% off the 4 smalls items I have just purchased and forget the situation but Michelle quickly refused and cut me off when I didnât finish talking. She said there is no way she will do that just for my convenienceâŚ. when Iâm was there for more than 30min due to an error they did. Anyway you can see on both receipts if I were to get 50% off on the 4 items Iâll save less, about $7 vs where she have to take another 30min to correct my transaction just to give me the $12 backâŚLike I just want to leave at this point but they refused to listen and do what best for the customer especially itâs their fault and I been there too long. A total of 40min with Shelia and...
Read moreI stopped at this location with the intent to donate some kids clothes. I pulled up to the donation area and the garage door was halfway open. I waited a few minutes but no one even acknowledged me. I checked and confirmed that I had come during open hours so I got out of my car and went into the collection area to find out if they were taking donations today. I figured it was possible that they had reached capacity and not able to, but since no one came out to talk to me I wasnât sure so I thought best to ask. I saw a few people working and they all ignored me so I stood and waited patiently until I had an opportunity to get someoneâs attention. A young man finally came up to me and I smiled, said hello, and was about to ask my question when he interrupted me and sternly told me to go back to my car and wait my turn. I was taken aback by his demeanor because he seemed to be treating me as if I were some angry, demanding, unruly customer. I explained to him that I wasnât upset and that I was just there to ask a question so I wasnât sure what prompted him to treat me that way. He told me that they were busy and again that I needed to go back to my car and wait my turn despite the fact I never asked for immediate service. I never asked for anything and the only thing I did want was just to know whether or not they were able to accept my donation. I completely understand that they were all busy at that moment and would have been happy to wait. I told him I would be going somewhere else due to his being so unnecessarily rude to me. He said âfineâ and walked away. They closed the garage door immediately after I left. I went to the Lakeville location where they were much more polite and kind and I donât intend on going back to the Apple...
Read moreThe drop off line is always terribly slow. They donât have signs telling people to stay to one side of the road so once youâre in line you are stuck. I donât understand what happens behind the closed garage door but itâs terrible. Years ago the line used to go quick. If there are cars in line be prepared to have a lengthy wait and be stuck. If you used to be fast 20 years ago, there is a way to fix this issue. What has changed? There needs to be one more employee in that garage so this isnât such an issue or signs telling people to line up to the right so if people need to escape the line they can exit to the left. I drop off a lot and itâs a consistent issue now. I noticed when I got to the garage door there was a sign taped on it that said to be patient they are short staffed âtodayâ. No, this has been 2.5 solid years of this since I moved back this way, it is not âtodayâ. It really is depressing all these company CEOs are disgustingly rich and pretend like they cannot afford to hire enough people so they work the ones they have to death and underpay them. Itâs everywhere and in every service industry to include healthcare. They need to put a cap on what these CEOs make and stop price gouging and over working employees and pretend itâs just hard times economically. It wouldnât be âhard timesâ if you didnât put all your profits into the pockets of a few at the top. WOW, I really digressed there. If your going to be cheap, put a sign out for people to line up to the right so we can escape the line when our gas starts running out of our...
