Very impressed with him and his communication skills. Dedrick and Kassandra were involved and also very professional. This small group was amazing and very detailed oriented. My wife had several prescriptions for optical and sunglasses. We were going to go to the mall LensCrafters but we’re in Macy’s and went there instead and we’re very happy with the patience and knowledge and education we received. Excellent job Oscar and Dedrick and Kassandra.

Im very happy with the service I receive each time I visit Lens Crafters at Macys in the Arcadia Mall. Oscar has always been exceptionally patient with me and seen to it that I get exactly what I need for my glasses or contacts. I never feel rushed to make any decisions and I know I can count on the staff here and Lens Crafters to meet my needs. The staff here are also friendly and helpful. I will no longer need to visit any other place for my contacts or glasses needs. Oscar knows me by name and always hello when he sees me shopping. No need to look elsewhere, this is a one stop deal.

If anyone buys eyeglasses, lenses, frames and sunglasses with insurance, I highly suggest to AVOID this shop. The staff was very friendly, but the staff input my information and enrolled my insurance to purchase eyeglasses from this store WITHOUT my consent. The staff said that she couldn't get me the price or quote until she input my insurance details, so I gave it to her. I found out my insurance coverage was not available when I visited another shop, and I discovered that my insurance was used by this LensCrafters shop. I have called LensCrafters the number listed, it went to the voicemail all the time. By the way, I purchased the eyeglasses plus adding other options from elsewhere, I paid ONLY $63 using my insurance instead of the offer from this LensCrafters quoted me around $400 for the identical eyeglasses. I don't recommend this place and I will not go back...

One day I decided to visit the Arcadia mall, when I walked into Macy's I noticed a Lens Crafters. Soon after I was approached by a young lady named Mary, not only was she personable and patient she had full knowledge of all frames in inventory and what will best fit my facial structure. After patiently providing me with the best service I have ever received I purchased not one but 2 pairs of glasses. Since then I have let all my friends and family know the outstanding service I have experienced with "Mary" at Lens Crafters Arcadia Mall. Please pay her a visit and experience one of the largest displays of designer eye...
