As a self appointed hotel snob, I can honestly say this is my new favorite hotel and I will definitely be back 🩷 #gowilddallas #loewsarlington #staycation #dallassocialinfluencers

Love a new hotel. The rooms at the Loews Arlington were comfortable, with a well thought out layout. This property is adjacent to the ballpark and Texas Live! #globaleventprof, #newhotel, #cdapm

I understand no hotel is perfect and I really wanted to give them 5 stars. But for the amount of money I spent, I did have a few disappointments. Overall, it was a good stay and I would come back again. Especially now that I know a few things about the place. Pros: -Everything is brand new (Opened Feb 2024). No broken lights, a/c struggling, mold, bugs, etc. - Service was phenomenal (For the most part). - The sights from the hotel room were awesome (We were on the 19th floor facing the Choctaw Stadium). -Walkable distance to various locations around the hotel. Everything was very close. -Pool area was the best I had been to. The staff there was very attentive and friendly. Cons: -Waterslide was out of service due to no life guard. (I had a hunch about this before I arrived). -Room service took a glass cup I got from Texas Live. I wasn't very mad about it, I understand it could have been a mistake. I called about it and they told me theyd call me back. They never did. Kinda annoying. -Valet struggled to keep up when they were busier for a baseball game that had gone on while we stayed. Waited 1hr. We were patient. Never complained. The staff was working very hard. Just wish I had a ETA of some sort on the texting feature. -One of my bed pillows smelt like a dog. I know this place is pet friendly but it was kinda gross. Tried to call room service, they didnt pick up. So I left a note on the table and they did replace it. - Alcoholic drinks were $$$, I know it's always gunna more expensive at a hotel. But even a couple complimentary drinks would have been nice just because we bought a room there. Some notes: When we first arrived, it was dead. Pool was basically empty, valet was very fast. But when the Baseball games/ Tattoo convention went on. It blew up. Barely were able to find a seat at the pool. Valet was a long wait. This place is meant for the conventions and the games that happen near by. We were not here for either one of those things. We were just visiting the area (mainly to visit some Pantera locations) and I wanted to treat my kids to a really nice pool hence my disappointment for the waterslide. So if your like me, I suggest coming here when nothing is going on to get the most out of everything. Otherwise, prepare to pay way more and wait during their busier times. A couple of other things to note. You can visit the other hotel connected by a sky bridge. We were told our cards should give access to their pool. It did not. But luckily some people let us in. We ran into one of the models in the elevator for the tattoo convention and she said that we should be able to get in since we had a room at the hotel. This was not true either. Overall, I really did have a great time and am thankful for all the staff. I was a little disgusted at some of the other guests leaving trash and towels in spots that I didn't think was appropriate. We threw away our own trash and got our own drinks. I even picked up a few other peoples towels and put them in the return bin. I've worked a service job and I just wanted to be helpful and not give them more work than they already had. P.S. Heres their menu for the pool bar. Didn't see a good pic before I came.

I had such a wonderful experience at Loew’s. My first time staying with this brand of hotels. I felt out of place, like maybe it was too fancy for me, but Vernon, Kiara, one of the concierges (buzzed dark hair man) and Du’ane made sure I felt very taken care of and at home. I arrived very early the day of the Big 12 Championship game assuming my room would definitely not be ready that early. I spent about 45 minutes in the bathroom doing my makeup and curling my hair out of my suitcase, having nice conversation with many of the ladies who came in and out to use the restroom 😂 I was running behind to meet my friends for the tailgate so I checked my luggage with Vernon. He actually offered to check if my room was ready and he could have given me the key right there if so 🥹🥹 did NOT expect that level of service - this required extra steps on his part, he could have easily said “ok come back later,” but he was willing to check! I needed to drop and go so I thanked him but wanted to just leave my luggage at desk. The only oddity was the morning of my checkout, Sunday 12/8. I often forget to deadbolt my door, and usually remember the DND door hanger, but when I forget it, of course the housekeeper walked in without knocking?? Has never happened to me in all the years I’ve stated in hotels in my 20 years of traveling alone. Thought I was dreaming. I was still in bed fully clothed thank god but what if I hadn’t been? Or was with an intimate partner? Getting out of the shower? Any number of things - so that needs some work. Upon checkout, the desk attendant told me I had a pricy dinner charged to my room. Yikes - wasn’t me! She promptly assured me the charge would be removed. Sad that someone was dishonest with them and there’s no system to check that kind of thing, maybe it was just an accident but who knows. I was able to check my luggage again for an afternoon of exploring the city and was easy to retrieve it at the end of the day. Bellhops were ready and waiting to open doors to the hotel as well as our Ubers during our stay 🥹 Last thing - Du’ane and Kiara helped me ensure I could have a baby shower gift delivered to my friend who was checking out in the wee hours of the morning. Du’ane even provided a gift bag for the gifts since I had forgotten mine in Atlanta in my haste of packing. Overall, the service and cleanliness were outstanding. It smelled good, the Christmas decor was beautiful. I was only able to afford it by booking through a third party site, but I hope I get the chance to stay with Loew’s again. I felt like a welcomed and expected house guest and slept soundly in the comfy clean room. Looking forward to my next stay! Thank you Arlington team ❤️

First time staying here for a business trip. This is a very new hotel and integrated into the convention center within walking distance of all Arlington's sports venues. Expect to see lots of convention folks intertwined with fans attending Rangers / Cowboys / Six Flags activities. Parking is standard choice between Valet or parking garage waaayy on the other side of the complex. Do yourself a favor and offload your stuff before you check in and self-park. Check in was great. Elevators could use better signage to differentiate which ones service which floors though. Room was just ok size wise but was brand new. Beds were super hard in my opinion. The view was cool, overlooking the area. It was moderately warm while we were there, and the A/C struggled to maintain a 70 degree setpoint during the day, this may become an issue in the heat of the summer. Soundproofing is the best I've ever seen. Zero voices heard once the door is closed. Everything was clean and new. Oddly enough there was not a shelf for soap (or accessories) in the shower, so if you bring your own stuff, you'll be bending over. We travel with our dogs and compete with them all over the country. It was a nice surprise to find Loews not only allows dogs but is over the top dog friendly. The pet fee is reasonable, and they give you a nice goody bag upon arrival. All the staff loved on our pups and they had a great time. There's a big artificial turf area to walk them that leads down to a local park / walking trail. Note to management, please put room card access on those doors, as we had to prop them open with a rock to get back in from the park. Also note to use the "pet inside" door hangtag in your bag, as although we had a "do not disturb" sign up, we are fairly certain housekeeping came in while we were downstairs with one of our dogs out. Gym is fantastic and huge. Pool is even better. Neat sandy beaches, sloped entry and a water slide. There is an adult only pool level, so if you like the water but hate the kids splashing, you have a place here. No complimentary breakfast or coffee downstairs, so be prepared to pay for these unlike most major chains. They have ample restaurants and bars available to take your money though. Price is convention level hotel high. We would stay again, especially with someone else paying.
