My experience with Bhindi Jewelers has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s friendliness and professionalism stood out. Unlike other retailers who were dismissive, Ronald at Bhindi was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to explain every detail about Rolex watches and their craftsmanship.

When we were looking for a special piece for my father, other stores told us it would be a long wait, but Ronald went above and beyond. He assured us he would do his best, and true to his word, he found the perfect model within a few weeks. My husband, who is quite particular, also found a couple of stunning Rolexes thanks to Ronald’s expertise.

Throughout all of our interactions with Bhindi, from the security guard to management, we were consistently met with genuine kindness and respect. It’s disheartening to see negative reviews targeting them over an incident involving a specific reseller. While it's true that issues can arise, no company can entirely eliminate the presence of resellers. To all the keyboard warriors out there: it’s one thing to provide honest feedback, but it's quite another to try and damage a company’s reputation without a full understanding of the situation. I find it hard to believe that a respected multigenerational family-owned business like Bhindi would deliberately risk its esteemed reputation by knowingly selling to a reseller. With the high demand for these sought-after Rolex models, Bhindi has no reason to compromise their integrity or reputation.

My childhood church used to be located in the city of Norwalk at Excelsior High School. We’d always make the commute on the weekend from Orange County taking the usual route on the 91 FWY-- I vividly recall the billboard advertisements of Bhindi Jewlers/Rolex every single week going in both directions, especially since my church shared the same exit off Pioneer. Fast forward a bit, I commuted nearly a decade from OC to LA for work and constantly saw the Bhindi billboard ad and I think it has made a lasting impression to visit if I ever decided to make a purchase on a Rolex. I finally paid a visit to the beautiful flagship location in Artesia and had the pleasure of meeting Ketan! I had mentioned to him that I was looking for a two-tone yacht master in chocolate dial and left my contact info. Full circle moment, I’m delighted to report that I’ve picked up the exact reference I’ve been looking for, thanks to Ketan! During the pickup process I also had the pleasure of meeting Annie! Annie is very nice; she greeted my gf and I and asked if she could help w/ anything. I let her know that I had an appointment to meet with Ketan for watch pickup and asked for my name, then she proceeds to say, Ah, yes! Kenny we’ve been waiting for you :) She immediately seated us with sparkling water and went over everything about the watch, setting time/date, warranty, sizing, etc might I add that she did a fantastic job resizing the bracelet flawlessly and with a quickness!

Bhindi Jewelers is an incredible establishment, the boutique is gorgeous, and best of all they are friendly, professional, and respectful! TOP NOTCH! They made a first-time customer, a lifelong customer. Thanks again...
