My childhood church used to be located in the city of Norwalk at Excelsior High School. We’d always make the commute on the weekend from Orange County taking the usual route on the 91 FWY-- I vividly recall the billboard advertisements of Bhindi Jewlers/Rolex every single week going in both directions, especially since my church shared the same exit off Pioneer. Fast forward a bit, I commuted nearly a decade from OC to LA for work and constantly saw the Bhindi billboard ad and I think it has made a lasting impression to visit if I ever decided to make a purchase on a Rolex. I finally paid a visit to the beautiful flagship location in Artesia and had the pleasure of meeting Ketan! I had mentioned to him that I was looking for a two-tone yacht master in chocolate dial and left my contact info. Full circle moment, I’m delighted to report that I’ve picked up the exact reference I’ve been looking for, thanks to Ketan! During the pickup process I also had the pleasure of meeting Annie! Annie is very nice; she greeted my gf and I and asked if she could help w/ anything. I let her know that I had an appointment to meet with Ketan for watch pickup and asked for my name, then she proceeds to say, Ah, yes! Kenny we’ve been waiting for you :) She immediately seated us with sparkling water and went over everything about the watch, setting time/date, warranty, sizing, etc might I add that she did a fantastic job resizing the bracelet flawlessly and with a quickness! Bhindi Jewelers is an incredible establishment, the boutique is gorgeous, and best of all they are friendly, professional, and respectful! TOP NOTCH! They made a first-time customer, a lifelong customer. Thanks again Ketan and Annie!

Chandan (CK) at Bhindi is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I've looked to purchase a Rolex for a while and was frequently met with a sense of arrogance as a 1st time buyer. I never got that vibe from him, he was always engaging and willing to take time to show me around. So when I got serious about making a purchase he was the only person I considered to give my business. I purchased a Rolex Datejust for my wife from CK back in March and asked for a Submariner for myself. He explained the difficulty of getting a Submariner since the watch is such a hot item but assured me he'd do what he could to get me one. CK came through, he called me last week to say my watch was in and what a satisfying experience it was to finally buy a brand new Rolex of my own. I am extremely grateful to him for making it happen. I look forward to buying more in the coming years, and wholeheartedly would recommend CK/Bhindi Jewelers to anyone looking to purchase a watch or fine jewelry. Thanks again! Also as a side note I picked up some diamond earrings for my daughter while at Bhindi, their selection of gold and diamonds is super impressive!

I’ve been working with Jennifer Z at Bhindi Jewelers for about a year now, trying to track down a few hard-to-find pieces—specifically the stainless steel Sky-Dweller in blue or green, and of course, the ever-popular Pepsi GMT. Despite the long wait, Jennifer has always stayed in touch, kept me updated, and made the process feel personal and genuine. Recently, I was talking with her about what the market conditions were like and what she thought what would transpire at watches and wonders this year, and as the conversation led to the GMT, she told me gave me about a piece she had available—the yellow gold GMT-Master II with the black and grey bezel (the “Guinness”). I was hesitant at first, since I’ve never been much for yellow gold, though I do love my yellow gold Yacht-Master on Oysterflex. Still, I decided to stop by and take a look. Let me just say: once I had it on my wrist, that hesitation disappeared. The watch is absolutely stunning in person—elegant, bold, and far more versatile than I expected. Jennifer made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with my first purchase from Bhindi. Big thanks to Jennifer and the team.

For the past year or so, I've been interested in purchasing my first Rolex. Little did I know, certain Rolex models were not easy to come by. I had visited several authorized dealers and the vibe I always received was never great, I felt as if I wasn't being taken seriously. I decided to stop by Bhindi in Glendale Galleria as I was in the area one day. I was assigned to a very sweet girl, Vidhi. She has been extremely helpful and very communicative through the months we have been in contact. Recently, she gave me a call/text bright and early to share the news with me that the watch I have been interested in was available for purchase! We set a date/time for me to purchase the watch. I arrived 20 minutes late as I did not know it was a set appointment time 😓 (sorry!). Fortunately, I was dealt with Vidhi, who has been awesome and extremely patient. She was also very knowledgeable and went through all the functionalities of the watch and was able to answer every question I had. Overall experience of purchasing my first Rolex has been a 10/10. Really looking forward to growing my collection with her!
