If i could i would gave them zero star ... since they are ripping people of ... first of all when you enter in the store nobody welcome you i were looking for help and they are looking at us i mean really approach your customers... i asked them hi i am looking for ready to wear suits... they said go upstairs our suits are upstairs... he said in weird way like i need to know where your things are we went upstairs to look for some options i asked a lady for ready to wear suits and i had the event very last minute... we drove all the way from Valley ... and i asked them before the show me the options ... that if they can do alterations for me by today ... if they can then we can go ahead decide the Outfit she said by today let me see... then she said yes... i asked for gowns and different outfit options she was like we have them on display look around... when i was looking (oh that one is to big alterations take time)... how do i know which one is for me... if you want you customers to see your stuff by them self put some sizing on... and usually when you go buy suit they will show it to You ... because you can’t see anything in their mess if you have everything display thats another story or you want me to go thru you drawers as well... they showed us like most 4 options how you want me to decide! I was in hurry I picked one suit that was $1,975 i was looking at the suit that must have some crystals in it... and mind you suit was not worth that much they think we are idiots that they can give us any price and we can buy them... you can buy same exact suit for $100 she said let me see what i can do for you... she went down stairs talked to other lady for the price... and she said we can do it for you $1,745 i didn’t say anything yet she is like ok last price $1,400 i was looking at my partner are they playing games ... how come it came from 1,975 to 1,400 if I bargain little more i think they can bring down to original price...but i had enough of them and i was short on time since i had to go to an event I didn’t had time that day to confront them... but who ever is buying from them.. i mean they are ripping you off... check whatever you buy and buy from indian sites online you can get same thing for 3 times less ... and you can compare don’t just waste your time and more importantly your money there are few more store down the street which have some reasonable prices ! You can tell when you go to other stores and find same exact designs for much much and much less... and price you pay at Frontier Heritage with that price tag you can buy several more outfits from different location who...

This store is amazing. I went to shop for my wedding last week. They have a vast collection of outfits at many price points. I do think they’re likely overpriced compared to India, but it’s also way easier to coordinate things in the United States and they saved me a long, tiring trip allowing me to get other things accomplished on my short vacation so that’s worth it to me. I initially was looking at designer dresses but I really think that those fluctuate with trends as I couldn't find something unique to me and suiting my color season/skin tone and the themes I wanted for my events. I feel like they really took the time to get to know me and help me select the best dresses for me. It is a personalized experience. They also treated my mother really nicely. Mr Saurabh and his entire team are gracious, sweet, attentive to detail. They build a relationship with you and really get to know you. It is all custom work and they spend time with you noting down exactly how you want to change the design. I came back two days in a row and despite not having an appointment the second day they squeezed me in and kept the store open late. In addition to 3 other lahengas initially bought a piece I was unsure about and they canceled the lahenga immediately when I emailed back and said I didn’t really think it fit my style. I have yet to receive the dresses and will update my review but the otherwise very stressful job of wedding shopping is truly made a pleasure by Mr Saurabh and his team!

Update: I had my wedding a few months ago and I can confirm that Frontier had excellent customer service. The items arrived well before the wedding date. The blouse did not fit me properly (possibly my measurements changed) however Mr Saurabh was extremely attentive, reassuring and had an ENTIRELY new blouse shipped to me. There were a lot of nerves and anxiety around the wedding but the dresses were beautiful. The only feedback I have is I do hope going forward Frontier should improve the packaging during shipping. While the dresses were in mint condition, the shipping box was damaged. Additionally, it would be nice to have more aesthetic appeal to the packing.
