Stater Bros. Markets — Attraction in Artesia

Today I was in the store and tried to get a buy 3 get a discount deal. I noticed I did not get the deal when I checked out. So I went back in to get it. I was told there was two seperate buy 3 get a discount deals by Leonardo the manager.

The deals in the ad have the same exact buy 3 banner advertising for both sets of buy three items. In the store they also have the same buy 3 banner used to advertise both sets of items. I was told I could not get the deal by the manager despite his admission that the deal misleading. I'm upset as a coustomer as I wasted my time going back only to be told that I couldn't have the deal that according to the stores banners and labeling I should have gotten. Only the ad was against my perspective and it was unclear itself not stating the deals were seperate in the add.

Staterbros should not run many seperate buy 3 deals in the same store. Not everyone picks up or gets an ad. It makes it very confusing as a coustomer when there are deals and they both have the same advertising but are not the same deal. This is misleading, and could lead to people paying more than they expected. As they may not know the deals are not connected, and not everyone looks at or has an ad in the store. !!!Warning To Women Shopping Alone!!!

I’ve been shopping at the Artesia SB for thirty years now. I was there last evening, before 8 pm, when I was approached by a man in a motorized cart. He spoke in a low tone & was difficult to understand.

I soon realized that it was a ploy to draw me closer to him; he wanted me pay for his beverage items when I was ready to check out. I went straight to the Manager.

Apparently, there is NOTHING that they can do as he hasn’t hurt anyone. Although this man is a continual presence in that store, he can only be asked to leave.

To those that shop after 5pm, keep your guard up to prevent being victimized. This man was heavyset, olive skinned and wore dark clothing with a baseball cap. As I exited, I observed him standing, looking quite able-bodied, having used the motorized cart to further exploit.

I otherwise love this store and applaud the management for their continual improvements over the years. The produce section is superb and the addition of vegan products throughout the store is greatly...

Micheal M -the Butcher is a Bad seed. Did not represent Stater Bros right AT ALL. I ask to haVe my oxtails cut in half because it was so thick. I even showed how I wanted it cut and this man refuse to cut it at the customer request, Micheal M did what he wanted to do so when one other gentleman brought me my pack and I explain to him in the beginning how I wanted the oxtails cut Micheal yells out that he is NOT EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE CUTTING THE MEAT while i was speaking to the gentleman. SMH. Bad seed Michael doesn't know how to treat customers and needs to work at home since he has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL.. I have been coming here since my younger years and I was just here around the holidays and they cut my meat and they ask how would I like it cut with a smile. . So Unprofessional.
