To the employee who helped clean up the ornament I accidentally shattered on 6/28/25: I had to write this to express my deep gratitude for how you handled the situation, and to assure you it wasn't your joke that upset me. In reality, I was sleep deprived, hangry, and generally afflicted with things I probably ought to see a professional about. Your moment of kindness made my whole day. Truthfully, I wanted to riff along, but my hysteria tends to come on quicker than my wit... unfortunately. Anyway, you're the best. Whoever is in charge of managing reviews, I'd be eternally grateful if you passed this on. I didn't catch their name, but they were female presenting with shoulder-length shaggy brown hair and stood at the register with a couple other workers. On a side note, this place is cool. Spencer's-esque (although more entertaining). Lots of fun and quirky gag gifts, books, apparel, etc., and great vibes. A little pricy, but expected with these types of local owned businesses. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!!! They do have fun items in the store but I'm upset to say that I will not be returning due to some troubling pricing. I visited a while back and bought my boyfriend a necklace for $50, which at the time I thought was a fair price for a good quality product. After a couple days, the chain started to turn his neck green and we had to buy a new one. The hinge on the locket broke after only a couple weeks. I was incredibly disappointed. Imagine my shock when last week, I was browsing Hobby Lobby and saw the very same locket I had purchased from the LOFT! Not only that, but it was priced at only $10.99!!! This means I wasted about $59 on a shitty locket and buying a new quality chain for said shitty locket. Don't waste your money here. Plenty of good, quality small businesses around the area that...

I have been a semi-frequent shopper here for over two years and have loved the store and their selection of cute items. I’ve been purchasing sonny angels from L.O.F.T since I first started shopping there, but they have greatly inflated the prices. Yes, they have gained popularity but it’s no excuse to become extremely greedy and predatory of your customers. I understand that this store is downtown and lots of tourists shop in the area so maybe you can get away with hiking up prices, but as a local I no longer want to support you. I will be purchasing my sonny angels on the official sonnyangelusa website because I don’t like feeling blatantly ripped off. Dancing Bear also sells sonny angels, and they charge significantly less than what y’all are charging, which if I’m not mistaken, is 19.99 for ONE sonny angel. Please...
