AT&T Store — Attraction in Ashland

I just left this AT&T store in Ashland where Clinton Haynes assisted me with the pre-order of 4 iPhones. Since the 90's when I started getting cell phones I have come into contact with many customer service people and this is the first time I totally had the best experience and got amazing service!!!!! Mr Haynes was professional and kind during our entire transaction. He was also very informative and communicated everything to me about the products amazingly. I was very impressed with how courteous and kind he was. I found out information about iPhones that I did not know and he took to the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. He made me feel as though I was important and he cared that I got the products that would work best for my family yet not break the pocketbook. They have a great selection of phones, notebooks, cases, Chargers, Bluetooth, headphones, and even Directv! You can get some great deals! I came here two years ago and it was such a different experience. Under the new management of Mr Haynes you will not want to go anywhere else. today i went to the store in ashland to pay my bill. the representative was at his desk at the back of the store. (i am 80 years old and my hearing is"nt what it was.) he, a middle aged heavy set man said something i could not hear, so i walked to the back where he remained seated and asked what he said. from that point on - when he understood that I was looking to pay my bill for my AT&T phone account, he moved to another workstation and asked for my phone number. When he informed me that he could not except a payment for a prepaid account, I told him I had tried to do it online at my AT&T and had not been successful as my Internet service in the wild lands where I live was not successful. From that point on after sharing my experiences trying to do business with this location, I have often been rather rudely dismissed. From that point on your representative began a confrontational and expletive fulfilled confrontation with threats of violence and swearing that left me...

I was so nervous to come here based on other locations and service experiences but Brian made the whole experience a positive one! Brian helped me choose the right product based on my needs, took the time to ask my how I’d use my phone and what accessories I’d need based on how I’d use it and offered alternatives, flexibility, and was so patient and understanding. Multiple people walked in during my appointment and Brian ensured to greet and welcome them, and maintained my needs at the same time. He was awesome! He took the time to educate me, ask questions and listened to my pain points and addressed them all. I would recommend this to anyone needing help.
