Nail First Salon Inc — Attraction in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

Disappointing and a waste of $40. I have been coming to this nail salon for years, and never have I ever had the experience that I had today. First of all, the salon is dirty, the seats are broken, the floor tiles are busted, and there is a layer of nail dust on everything in the salon. Second of all, learn from my mistake and NEVER pay for a service before receiving it. That is the only reason I payed real money for my jacked up nails. I got a full set of acrylic nails. The man doing my nails (he was an older man. No one wears a name tag so I don't know his name) wasn't friendly. I wanted a coffin shape, and I didn't want them to be super long. He told me that with a coffin shape, my nails had to be long. So I shrugged it off and decided to keep some length for the shape I wanted. That was a huge mistake. Not only are my nails way longer than I ever wanted, but they're not coffin shaped whatsoever. All of them are different lengths and crooked. He didn't take all of my polish off before putting on my nails, so there is dark blue around the edge of my hot pink nails. While he was using the nail drill, he hurt me several times, and caused my thumb to bleed. He DID NOT clean my thumb or the drill after it had blood on it. My fingers hurt and my nails look lousy. If you do end up going, bring your own nail polish because the selection is older than the mall. TL;DR, the salon is dirty and my nails look awful.

I use to get my nails done a lot there before when a lot of people was working in there and I started back getting my nails did there only one time it’s only two people work there the last two time I went back for an fill in I find it very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional to not to do my refill I came with my mom and her friend there they started on their nails and forgot about me which wasn’t right at all and yesterday when I went back and tried to give it another try they started on my mom nails and the lady was sitting there on her phone and had the computer sitting there like she didn’t see me come in with my mom so I left out of there I got treated wrong twice I will never get my nails did again from there because you don’t do nobody like that that’s...

never once in my life, had a dirty pedicure(foot) rag handed to me, by the young lady, to dry my hands. out right disgusting and straight disrespectful. the floor in there is also disgusting hasn’t been swept vacuumed in who knows how long. she charged me $50 for sns, gel “french tips”.. that are uneven along with the actual nail shaping and size. disappointed in this nail “business”. do not recommend for sns or any service. this.. is what I walked out with and will never return for. bubbly, uneven, thick nails.. done by a younger lady...
