ARC Document Solutions — Attraction in Atlanta

We needed copies of blueprints from 1977 and called multiple print shops in and around Alpharetta. Two shops indicated their printer capable of doing the job was old and would either leave a black line down the middle or the copy would be faint. The appraiser we are using recommended taking the originals to "Savannah Blueprint" in order to do this job. He explained they are a large print shop with all the equipment necessary to do the job. We decided not to release our only originals in order to take these out of state so searched again. In the search we came across ARC Document Solutions and called them. They laughed and said of course we can do this job! They explained that small mom and pop print shops have to evaluate whether to pay in excess of $40K for the appropriate single machine capable of reproducing original architectural blueprints. ARC Document Solutions has multiple machines capable of doing every kind of coping job you can imagine. We received excellent customer service from the Manager, John Duncan, from start to finish. Jim Plunkett explained how he produced the full-size duplicates. They came out perfectly. ARC also sent digital copies to our appraiser on their system. The job was completed early! Always have a fantastic time with ARC. I've used them in Los Angeles, CA, Stamford, CT and Atlanta, GA and am always exceedingly pleased with the customer service. The Atlanta branch has been incredibly helpful from the account and equipment setup to our day-to-day service needs. Reggie Jackson is quick and responsive to all our requests and goes above and beyond in his duties. When our machine was not working and their techs were busy, he came out to our office to help figure out a solution! Jason Salley-Hutchins is always prompt when we reach out with orders and provides quick updates on all our shipments. And Ben Roman made our office plotter setup exceedingly seamless and was able to quickly get us back up and running when we encountered problems with the unit. My company decided to participate as an exhibitor in an out of state conference with maybe about a week's notice to me. (An event manager's nightmare.) I needed several customized banners, tablecloths, backdrops, and promotional items as we had absolutely nothing in office with no participation in events for over 2 years delivered to Chicago.
