Without a doubt, the WORST restaurant experience I have ever had. The food is ok. One of the appetizers comes in a paper wrapper with a barcode on it making it look like a Hot Pocket from QT or any gas station. All of our entrees were average at best - nothing memorable or special. 6 different servers came by the table but only 2 came back. Our drink orders were filled incorrectly. 1 appetizer didn't come. They ran out of onion rings. Entrees didn't come out at the same time. They brought food, but not utensils. When we asked for utensils for our party of 4, the server only brought out 2 sets. We had to get up and try to find someone to bring us 2 more sets of utensils we could eat our food. The bartender was the only staff member that was helpful and polite, but she left the building half way through our meal. The GM was rude and very unorganized. He kept blaming our bad experience on the promotional company that launched a wing special a few days early and the 'girls' who work there. He argued with us about the food we ordered. He kept talking about some mystery wing special but charged us more than double for our wings. BTW - WingStop has better wings. The staff and GM constantly complained about how busy they were, but the restaurant was only about a quarter full - maybe 20 ppl total. After barely average food and deplorable service, the GM charged us a 3% restaurant fee and 20% gratuity - neither of which anyone there actually earned. I guess they understand that service is going to be terrible and adding 3% and 20% to the bill is the only way they will get any tips. The GM also didn't know to use their ordering and billing system and got our check wrong 3 times before we got tired of his hostility and excuses and paid the last incorrect bill he gave us just to get out of there. I will give a restaurant 1 or 2 extra chances to get their act together. This experience was so incredibly bad in everyway, no one in our party will every be returning. I will be very surprised if Prime Express Bar is still open at the end of the year. There is a QT 1 block away that has better service, wings and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have visited Prime Express three times, and unfortunately, my third visit will be my last.
During my first two visits, I went on special days, Wednesday for the wing special and Thursday for the sandwich special. The food was good and the service was okay, nothing exceptional but enough for me to return.
However, on my third visit, everything changed. It was a wing special day, and after placing my order, I received an important phone call that required me to leave. I politely asked for a to-go box, but the waitress told me that because it was a special, she could not provide one. Another staff member mentioned that she had been giving out boxes on special days, but the first waitress refused because the owner was present.
I asked to speak with the owner, and the interaction was extremely disappointing. He showed no empathy or understanding of the situation, refused to make any accommodation, and told me that even though I only ate one wing, I still had to pay for the entire meal and leave it behind. When I pushed back, he became argumentative, and ultimately told me to āget outā before finally agreeing to cover the meal, which is what he should have done in the first place.
I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. It makes no sense to deny a customer their food, especially after theyāve paid for it. The ownerās lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide even basic customer service ruined the entire experience.
I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this...

If I could give zero stars, I would. My visit to Prime Express Atlanta was hands down one of the most disorganized, frustrating restaurant experiences Iāve ever had.
We arrived at 6:45 PM and were immediately shuffled between three different waitresses, none of whom seemed to know who was supposed to be taking care of us. It took over 30 minutes just to place our order, and when the food finally began trickling out, half of it never showed up. Several of our drink orders were also missing and never corrected.
To make matters worse, the General Manager on duty blamed their chaos on some lunchtime wing promotion ā an excuse that had absolutely nothing to do with the dinner service or our table. Not once did they take ownership or offer a meaningful solution.
Despite being seated at a table for four, we were only given two sets of silverware and had to ask multiple times just to get the basics. When the check finally came, not a single bill was correct. On top of that, we were slapped with a 3% restaurant fee (for what, exactly?) and a mandatory 20% gratuity on a party of four ā despite the fact that the service was horrendous from start to finish.
There is no excuse for this level of incompetence in any restaurant, let alone one that automatically tacks on charges without providing the bare minimum level of service. I do not recommend this place to anyone and strongly encourage people to avoid Prime Express...
