Circle Poke — Restaurant in Atlanta

You guys need to do better with your hours. Randomly Putting up signs stating you are closed for the day is bad customer service. I can't count how many times I've been to the restaurant and greeted with that sign. It is very important to have a set schedule and stick to it. The schedule is weird already, add in the fact that sometimes you close spontaneously makes it a dancing task to come to the restaurant.

The food is great btw, however, the unsanitary practice is very apparent. I'm not sure why they no longer take verbal orders. In my opinion, this isn't safe. I've even seen them handle multiple orders with the same glove and touching each order sheet. Don't get me started on the avacado. He places the avacado slice in his palm before placing it in the bowl. That is down right gross. One time, I tossed the bowl after leaving the restaurant because he handled my avocado right after checking someone out and handling money in the process. I could not believe my eyes.

They just need to do better with their open hours. I really hope they do better. I will edit this post if all these recommendations...

Used to be fantastic. I’ve been going here since 2020 and it’s always been great. More recently, their hours online have not matched what’s on their door which resulted in me showing up multiple times when it said they were open, but they were closed. I get staffing issues and all that but it would be nice to keep them updated online. Then, it seems they are finally open all week again! But the new workers do not know what they are doing. I didn’t even get the right proteins (I didn’t check salmon but got it), I was missing veggies, she forgot to put 2 of my sauces, and the bowl was like half the size I normally get here! There was hardly any rice at all. I really hope they get this sorted out because this is the best poke...

Worst service ever. The girl had an attitude the entire time. They lost a customer. I use to like this place. NO more. They guy was sarcastic. I ordered a large ( I usually order a medium ) and they gave me way less protein than usual. I come here twice a week. When I mentioned it, they made it a problem. The girl rolled her eyes and loudly said I was being complicated. This is not how you treat a frequent customer. EVEN IF THEY ARE WRONG! I wish they had customer service training.
