Bims Liquor Store — Attraction in Atlanta

Just left this place and had a terrible experience with one of the ladies at the register while purchasing a bulk order. I was told one price over the phone by another person who works there.(who is usually wonderful to work with) I decided to go on a day he wasn’t there and not only did she give me a different price than what him and I discussed but her attitude was terrible and condescending. Not that it matters, but I am a healthcare worker and came in there in my work scrubs….dressed professionally with a pleasant attitude. Her attitude was so terrible I asked her if she was okay. This rating is only in regards to their Drizly affiliation. Had to cancel an order placed at 8pm for a delivery between 9-10pm. Called the store a couple times and was told their only driver has the orders and will be delivering order soon. Obviously it was just to get me off the phone since they didn't ask for any order details. Needless to say no communication at all from them about an order that was probably never coming. Pretty decent liquor store. Good variety of liquors, wine & (craft) beer. They tend to stock local makers as well (breweries & distilleries), so big + right there! Their prices are OK, prob a bit higher than Tower lol. They may also be willing to order something you don't see shelved.
