Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics — Attraction in Atlanta

So for me personally my experience was wonderful. It was my very first time going there and I will absolutely be continuing to go there for all my aesthetic needs Whitney was amazing to talk to the conversation was comfortable it was familiar I enjoy going to places that gives you a warm welcome and makes you feel comfortable and safe at the same time there are some places that I have been to in the past where I feel like maybe they don't exactly know what they're talking about but this place was not like that at all She knew exactly my needs She gave me exactly the details I needed She answered questions that I had in my head before I even asked. There were things that I was concerned about and Whitney did not make me feel uncomfortable about wanting to be spruced up. It made me feel that someone else, another woman, another woman who had a child(ren) knows exactly how I feel especially as a new mom. I did not feel persecuted and I did not feel judged. I could go on and on and on but it is safe to say that I do feel awesome and I cannot wait to go back and go back and go back and even if it's just for something simple as a facial simple but important and I normally do these things myself but I am learning that I deserve this and coming here has taught me I deserve this and I'm excited that I found a new home for all my facial and...

I am so disappointed, so much that I don't see myself returning. The new location is such a step down from the previous location. It felt like I was visiting some hole in the wall massage place. The entrance is an awkward long sidewalk along the driveway entrance inside the parking deck. You can get your parking validated for 2 hours, but beyond that you have to pay. I hate that the steam room is co-ed and outside of the changing room.

The prices have risen significantly. The price for a 60 minute massage seems to be what a 90 minute massage used to cost. Considering this cost plus how far I drive, I might as well find a spa closer to me and get 2 massages for the same total expense.

The massage by Indigo was pretty good. I was actually relaxing nicely until the fire alarm went off. Evidently this is not the first time this has happened. Needless to say, I was no longer relaxed. The annoying alarm and flashing strobe lights left me with a headache which further undid any good from my visit. What a wasted day and a waste of money.

My trips to Spa Sydell used to be such a special treat and wonderful experience. I always looked forward to spoiling myself with a couple services and making a day of it. I don't know if all this change is from the new owners...

I recently (Oct. 2, 2023) had two filler treatments with Whitney and I'm really pleased with my results. Initially, I had some concerns because my face looked quite swollen and puffy in the first three weeks after the procedure. However, by the fourth week, I noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of my face. I was particularly worried that one of my eyes had been overfilled, as it had the Tyndall effect and caused some dimpling when I smiled. Fortunately, those issues resolved over time and my eyes and smile look great now. I'm not entirely sure if massaging my face played a role in the improvement, but it seemed to have helped to some extent.

While I was happy with the outcome of the treatment, I did have a couple of minor complaints. Firstly, the waiting and check-in process at the clinic was a bit inconvenient and could be improved. Additionally, I wasn't informed about the price of the procedure upfront, which I believe is important for transparency. Fortunately, I was prepared to spend the amount required, so it wasn't a major issue for me personally. However, it's worth considering that not everyone may be in the same financial situation.
