SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio — Attraction in Atlanta

Before I begin, I will be fair that enjoy the actual amenities that are offered at Sweathouz. With that being said, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HOWELL MILL LOCATION. On September 7, I brought my wife as a guest for her 1st time at the facility. Upon leaving the facility, we discovered my truck was one of 3 vehicles in which the windows were shattered and vandalized. This occurred in the parking deck in broad daylight. I informed management at that time that I could not longer come and park at that location until they put measurements in place to secure facility. They literally took no action. I ask if they could validate parking for me in the lot that sits in front of store. No response from them. Despite the vandalism, I continued with my membership while paying out of my pocket for parking. $6 per visit. Keep in mind that I have the unlimited plan. Here is the crazy. I decided to park in the parking deck for the 1st time since September 7 vandalism. After my 1 hour session, I come to my truck to see that my windows were shattered. I go inside to report the crime while waiting on police. The young lady inside was very condescending basically telling me they were close and nothing she could do. Keep in mind that it was 4:45. It took the police over 90 minutes to show up. The officer dusted my truck for finger prints and stated the parking deck has burglaries dated. Sweathouz and the other tenants are liable as they are too cheap to invest in a 15 per hour security guards when they know there is a problem. I AM SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT OF MY WINDOW REPAIR and fees paid for parking in the past. You guys are definitely negligent on this one. You...

I came here by the introduction of my yoga studio; I believe they partner with different fitness studios to get their name out there. The whole booking process was extremely seamless, I was able to book and communicate with their staff via text for the reservation which was super convenient.

I ended up sharing a suite with a friend. The suite is large enough for 2 people without feeling too cramped. I took 2 stars off because despite letting them know my preference in advance(chromotherapy, cold compress scent, etc), they did not set any of it up. And even though I arrived 6 mins early, I felt very rushed. The lady on staff that helped me took me to the suite and almost immediately started the 1-hr timer even though my friend had not arrived yet. When I questioned her, she said "we have to start on time or we will fall behind schedule". I'm fine with starting on time, but I was early and it was not the scheduled time yet. They also texted my friend regarding doing a cold plunge, but we did not receive that either. There was no tour or anything to get you acquainted with their facility or services they provide.

For a first time visit, it did not leave a good impression and needless to say, I will not be starting...

Came here for a 60 minute introductory session and ended up walking out because of terrible business practices and not receiving what was advertised. To this day I am still waiting for a refund, and had to file a claim through my credit card.

I walked into the sauna room and my timer was at 58 minutes. While the attendant was explaining to me how everything works, she was still running the timer, and then it was at 53 minutes. When I was finally ready to begin my experience, I saw that the lock on the door was not functioning.

I alerted the attendant to this, and after fiddling around with it for a bit, she switched me to another room—timer still running this whole time. I asked her if she could restart the timer since I paid for the full 60 minutes, and she said it was company policy to keep it running. Why would you keep the timer running for something that is not my fault?

They also did not make it clear on their website that they validate parking, and so I ended up paying full price for that. Will not be back here and definitely will not recommend it until you rectify...
