We ordered a burrito. They were at the bottom of their bean pan and mostly water was left in it. The first person was carefully shifting water out before putting it in the burrito, which I appreciate. However, angle took over from her and started sloping the beans with loads of water. I should have said something at that point, my bad. After finishing, as she was rolling the burrito alot of water came out, she still continued to wrap. I should have said something than but I didn't. As I should have expected, while I unwrapped, all that water spilled out on the table and the burrito was a soggy mess. At this point my wife took it to them asking for another burrito. Per my wife, Angle was willing to swap the burrito out but Cornillious (on the register) started to argue with her that if we put sourcream and beans it is how it gets. I was sitting at the table and I over heard, so I said back, from the table, that it is wet because she slopped the water from the bean. After a bit of back and forth, he asked what is it that you want. Wife repeated and they gave another burrito. At this point Cornillious, came up to me and told me that I should have walk up to the counter and spoken softly, and that my behavior was disrespectful. After that he walked away. At this point I walked up to the counter and was saying to Angle that I was sorry for speaking from across the room but it would also be appropriate not to server the way she did. Read moreOrdered via the Chipotle app to pick up at the store at 8:45pm. I arrived at 8:50pm and there were 20 people outside because the store was not allowing anyone inside due to COVID-19. I waited about 20 minutes and then someone came outside and said they were out of most food. A couple of people including me said they would like to cancel, and the employee told us we would have to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE. I called and there was no option to speak to a person and no automated way to cancel.
I told the manager I would like to cancel, and he said he would look into it. During this time, an employee who was not wearing a mask got very close to me to see my phone and see if he could try to help. I asked him politely to please keep his distance and he got very offended.
The manager then told me that he would have to manually process a refund, but that he could not give me any confirmation. He gave me his name and said I could call the store if I had any issues. The refund has not arrived, so I called the store for clarification, and nobody answered.
To sum up, I ordered via the app, waited 20 minutes to be told that the food was not available, was not allowed to cancel, was given incorrect instructions on how to cancel, was approached by an employee who was not wearing a mask, and was given improper information on how to follow up. No part of this experience was satisfactory. I've submitted a chargeback with my credit card issuer and will not be returning...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars, I would. For starters, the restaurant is filthy on the walk in. The employees are beyond rude and could care less about customer service. There was a young lady working the beginning of the line with a red wig on with one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen at any type of restaurant, fast food included. The slim girl with the blonde wig working the register also acts very irritated when you're asking for additional items. They're open until 11 but are out of half of the food on the line at 9. No steak, bottom of the barrel vinaigrette (just tasted like straight oil), no vegetables and the chips were also bottom of the barrel scraps, crumbs if you will. I asked 3 different times for a tortilla that never made it to my bag. How hard is it to slide the tortilla down with the bowl? They randomly stop the line and leave to go gossip in the back wile everyones waiting and then yell at you when you're not paying attention when they finally return. I probably eat chipotle every week. Due to previous similar experiences here, I make it a point to drive out of my way to the better locations.
