Excellent Brewery in a Neat Spot! Overall: been drinking Monday Night for quite a few years, so I was super stoked to be heading here for our last stop of our Westside ATL Brewery tour. The space is large and kind of tucked away, but it rests next to a pretty swath of green hillside. The beer was good and the scene inside and out was also rocking. Neat spot. Brew: going to go ahead and get this out of the way: pretty disappointed they weren't doing flights. As I've mentioned in previous posts, it's definitely a slight turnoff when you have a brewery that does not do flights, especially as big of one as Monday Night. I know it may sound picky, but that's the fun of hitting breweries is trying a bunch of different brews and finding some that you love and then lock on to. So that was a bummer after my high expectations. Wtih that out of the way, the beer was good as always. Had Dr. Robot (9) and Slap Fight (8) and maybe one more. Here's where we would have sampled more beers and spent more money with flights (ok, rant over). Scene/Interior/Exterior: they have a super cool outside patio that runs in a linear pattern alongside the green hillside. It is actually located near a treatment plant, but don't let that scare you because it is a long way from the brewery and it's a beautiful area where the location is nestled into. The patio was completely packed, so we went inside and it's a huge space. They have a few different areas that can be used when needed, such as a Tiki Bar area, a 360 degree bar, a soundstage for live music, and plenty of space for a food truck to operate. The tie wall is really cool (more on that in a minute). Customer Service: service was great and very friendly. One of the employees told us the story of the founding of Monday Night and the significance of the ties. There is a cool tie wall where it started as a hobby for the founders and quickly grew into what you have today (forgive the retelling, as I'm sure it's littered with inaccuracies). Summary: Awesome Brewery, Cool Location with Great Brews!! (bring back flights, please!! :)

1st VISIT: Where do I even start, this venue is almost ridiculously amazing, ha! It's directly on the beltline, has plenty of charging stations, awesome indoor and outdoor space, fantastic shade trees, family and pet friendly, super comfy orange 🧡_💚Adirondack chairs. The food is decent, the drinks are super cold, but let's be real, the pours are laughable. 😃 I'm loving the gigantic outdoor TV, but beware, double-check your tab or you might get taken for a ride like I almost did on my first two visits. Luckily I caught it. Otherwise, it's a near-epic experience. I mean, I really didn't need another spot to hang out and work, but this place is the icing on the cake, well almost! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Side note, I get it, still trying to work out the kitchen quirks with text notifications, the joys of ironing out those kitchen wrinkles, do me a solid, tickets aren't the best plan, especially for those who indulge in extra adult beverages 🍻, who can barely recall what beer they ordered, let alone their wing or pizza order! 🤣🤣 2nd VISIT: Again Love the vibe, but warm tap beer and sold-out food late in the day is the new hip thing here. Visit early or just roll with it, I guess. Might as well pack a snack next time and BYOB. Also, may want to consider beefing up that already limited menu.

I’ve been here a half dozen times. What brought me here? The beer, the food, the service, or ambiance? All those things are a given at Monday Night’s establishments. No, what brought me here originally were the Tesla chargers (NACS). Lighting fast compared to regular level 2 chargers. They have 8 of these bad boys. What’s the prob then? These spots rarely have EVs parked there mostly because they aren’t painted green like most businesses so gas cars prevent EV owners from charging here. I’m hoping the owners will at least mark the spots so gassers will at least think twice. Food is first rate here, beer is outstanding, and the outdoor gigantic screen is perfect for sports viewing. This place is very new but it’s already slammed with patrons so get here early or parking will be challenging. They aren’t just busy on the weekends but every day. I love the old growth trees that were spared removal and it will eventually connect to the Beltline. Trees Atlanta has already put several trees along the 1/8 mile of bike paths that lead to nowhere (for now). You can get here if you don’t mind braving 17th Street and then Howell Mill Road. Howell Mill has no bike lanes or shoulders so it’s a death ride.

Beer! Brewery! Fun!

Breweries are like food buffets. For a set price you get to pick what you want from the selections. Do you get a whole glass? You can if you give up two tickets, but for one ticket you get a pour. Now you may say to yourself, "Just a pour??" Well fellow drinker one pour is just a pour but six of them? You are basically having three beers. And that is nothing to scoff at.

Monday Night gives you six tickets, a nice glass, and you are off. My first time here and although it was packed the lines were not crazy. My favorite from Monday is their Fu Man Brew, a lighter refreshing beer and Drafty Kilt which is their heavier Scotch ale. Nothing they have (at this time which is the cool thing about breweries they are always coming up with new stuff!) is over 10% ABV and I'm an over 10% ABV kind of girl but I was cool with these two choices.

What is interesting to note is there were a bunch of kids here. It was a Thursday evening in the summer, buttttt kids in a brewery? And I'm talking about someone carrying an infant on their back to pre-teens. They are up in there. So if you want to make it a family outing, Monday Night appears to be the place. They have a ginger soda on tap that helps keep them busy along with some games.

All the ties on the wall are cool and bringing one with you gets you a $1 off. Nice outdoor space, parking gets filled up pretty quick, and of course the tour is an option for your beer brewing pleasure.

I wanted to add the Monday Night also does some fun stuff in the community. They have co-hosted with several run events in Atlanta, as well as other fun stuff so check out...
