Atlantic Beach Skatepark — Attraction in Atlantic Beach

Always clean, never too packed except occasionally on summer weekends. The park is great, however it is definitely incomplete because the selfish mayor of Atlantic Beach (Trace Cooper) pocketed the rest of the funds. I hope he gets audited or worse, put on blast by media. This town makes so much money it is ridiculous that they couldnt finish the skatepark because of this greedy man. Also the town didnt even have to put up money. An entire estate was left plus donations from many. Tired of corrupt government preventing kids from having the full experience they deserve. Most ridiculous putt-putt experience! Open past dark but the outside course lights can't be turned on (did they not pay the power bill?) And, they won't let you use the restroom during business hours even though you've paid to play there (without lighting). They apparently clean the bathrooms an hour + before closing the course and then lock the door and tell you it's closed for the night. What? I'll drive to Emerald Isle to play at a legitimate...
