Never had their products myself but I was excited to stop by to get cinnamon rolls for family friends that enjoy them, and the woman with reddish brown hair, Shelby, was very rude for no reason. Immediately rushing us to order when we asked for a second the look at the pastries and then when taking the order was rude. After that she threw a tray behind her and then threw the cinnamon buns in a box that she didn't even know how to put together making a complete mess of the box. She then just spooned and threw on the icing and they look absolutely awful. I asked for a little bit more icing bc some of the big cinnamon rolls didn't have much and she threw the one spoon in the sink and grabbed another and very aggressively threw more icing on to a few of the cinnamon rolls. After this she rudely smirked at me and said "also if you're going to get this many cinnamon rolls in the future you can preorder." I had actually called before hand and asked if they have enough, and they probably had at least 24 other rolls already made on the counter. I also work in customer service and have for many years and I would be embarrassed to treat customers that way, to represent my place of work like that and send food out like that. I will not be returning, even to buy things...

The barista that was working was very rude. She made my coffee wrong twice. I wanted an iced mocha half caf with cream. She told me she couldn’t do that because they only have full caf cold brew. I said ok just use hot coffee. She put coffee with choc syrup together, didn’t stir it and pushed it across the counter and went back to texting. I told her that isn’t what I was wanting and she said “cream is over there” and turned around and went back to texting. I told her to remake it and just use full cold brew then. She proceeded to make the EXACT same thing she previously made with hot coffee exact full caf not half caf and didn’t us cold brew plus this time she put 3 ice cubes and it was still hot with no cream, not stirred and tasted horrible. I asked for a cup of ice to do it myself and she rolled her eyes and got a cup of ice and never said a word. Some of the rudest customer service I ever had. We come to Atlantic beach multiple times a year and come here some but this was by far the worst experience. She had no clue how to be a barista. It makes the coffee shop look very bad compared to others around. 0/10 do not recommend. Go somewhere else that appreciated the business and has staff that is...

My husband and I went here on Sunday as a pick me up before we headed home. We both ordered cold brews with a splash of cream, and a bagel..

The cold brew was SO watered down and the flavor just wasn’t there. No richness at all, and zero coffee flavor. Honestly one of the worst cold brews I’ve ever had.

The bagel was just a cold bagel with cream cheese, they didn’t even offer to toast it or anything and I felt shy asking because the girl who was taking our order was rushing us out, and wasn’t really wanting to answer any of our questions or be helpful in anyway.

Lastly the service..

I feel like this place has potential especially being one of the only local coffee shops in the area!

But the cold coffees need major work, and the biggest area for improvement is the staff.. they are extremely unhelpful and unwilling to answer questions, and just wanna chat amongst themselves and act as if customers are an intrusion to their private conversations. The whole vibe here was off.
