Nike Clearance Store - Auburn Hills — Attraction in Auburn Hills

The nike store had completely screwed me over sadly , I love Nike but will no longer shop here or online after they had sold my shoes( I had got a ticket for them to hold onto 2 pairs of shoes) I had them hold them for not even 10 minutes and then when I had went to the cash register again to checkout and get everything I wanted I discovered that they couldn't find my shoes that they had held onto , we had serched the entire store for 1 hour before I asked the cashiers to look at their invintory , then I discovered when they had finally looked at the stock that they had sold my shoes, I was furious and the staff wasn't looking for at least 20 minutes , the manager seemed to be the only one trying but the staff did not care , they had gave me a shoe that I did not want ,now sadly I can no longer recommend Nike as a brand to shop for because the store sold my shoes I wanted and the customer support completely blew me off like I'm not a valuable customer and they never did anything , they even hung up on me before I could say 1 sentence, it's sad to see a brand who people value treat there customers so poorly in whole , please treat your customers with respect and I'm sorry but as of now I will not be a Nike loyal customer until this...

I went shoe shopping with my 1.5 year old today. Shopping in general is stressful enough, try with a toddler lol. Ashley immediatly asked me if i needed help, we went over my needs and preferences, she brought me multiple styles to try on and was just overall super helpful. I ended up going to Finish Line and Sketchers to see what they had. I spent about 10 minutes in Finish Line without a single employee asking if i needed help, or even greeting me. The women in sketchers was too busy socializing to help me, but she finally moved the ladder out of my way after i struggled for a few minutes to look at the shoes behind it. I immediatly went back to the Nike store, found Ashley, and she helped me order a pair of the shoes i decided on online. Ashley was wonderful and as a mother I appreciate the help and patience...
