Staples — Attraction in Auburn

So happy Staples is nearby. They have always been my favorite store for all my stationery items; and when they have their sales, you can’t resist buying a large amount to stock up because the prices are incredibly low. The store is always clean with a Hugh assortment for office and school supplies, home and business supplies, and various office furniture. The print/fax/scan machines that are for public use are always top quality, efficient and inexpensive. They also offer services to handle all jobs, whether large or small to print/scan/fax. Their staff are always informative and helpful. Every item in the store is good quality, and return policy is sufficient to recoup cost or exchange. They also offer computer repair service, and a good warranty on all their computers and office equipment. I went and buy my very first laptop acer here 5years cost close to 500$ when one day in my screen says my windows are not genuine,means counterfeit my acer was just 2 and a half years old then.so i went and go back there have one of there technician fix it but he says he couldnt fix it.went home and have an online guy fix it but they want 150$ to fix it..so i didnt do it.so i just put it away.to me,u shouldn't be allowed to sale laptops like that thats deception.i will never buy anything there anymore.thats my last i swore.my friend bought a dell laptop the same time i got mine ang hers still working great.i wish i know then what the best laptop to buy.to all the buyers out there reserch first and ask questions on your friends before you buy stuff or u will...

The vibe at the Auburn location has definitely changed in the last year or so. Although this location does have some good employees, I seem to keep going on days when the more unprofessional ones are working. I recently had questions about a certain item, and I was told to wait in that isle for assistance, which I happily did. No one ever showed up. When I headed back towards the front of the store, I saw that the employees were just standing around a register eating pizza, like the store was closed and customers were nonexistent. It was super awkward. This is just one example of the poor customer service I've been noticing lately. To the employees who actually do act professional and courteous towards customers, thank you!
