Adrian at A&O was great. He had a very long fight with a laptop I brought in which would power on the fans but not the screen. He probably spent hours diagnosing and ultimately decided the motherboard was bad. He ordered a new one and once it arrived, he was able to better diagnose the issue. He actually was able to make the original motherboard function and didn't charge me for the new parts. I ended up paying less than his original quote when he could have very easily just put in the new parts and charged me much more and I would've never known the difference. I would highly recommend this company if you need your phone or computer repaired. I was hacked (big time) on my desktop. Adrian went above and beyond in his service and came to my home to retrieve the necessary piece of equipment to help me. After that awful day of huge anxiety I was so grateful for his kindness. Within the week I had everything backed up and scrubbed. When I went to pick it up and pay (very reasonable price) he hooked it up and explained everything he did and what I should do in the future should it happen again. Excellent service. I recently walked in to fix my laptop, and when I came in, I was greeted, but with a welcoming person and they seem like they knew what they were doing at the end of my trial when I got back from my cleaning service to see how it was they said that they were unable to open it and so they tried cleaning it from above as much as possible, and they ended up Damaging my control key in the end.
