Awful service. I ordered a Cotton Candy arrangement and they sent me something completely different from the picture on the website. I asked for no substitutions, but they didn't even notify me they did substitute the Chrysanthemums. I asked for a refund and they refused. They wanted me to ask the girl I sent the flowers to as a birthday gift to go to the store and return them!! They replied that I didn't ask for the premium version, but then they should put the real picture of what they are selling as standard. UPDATE: I reported this store to BBB. BBB is trying to reach the Flower store but the store doesn't reply to any email. Flower Delivery Austin claims the arrangement looked different from other angles, but it didn't. They should post real pictures of what they are selling. They wanted me to ask the person I sent this as a gift to go to the store and ask for a refund, of course, that was inappropriate. EDIT: WHERE’S THE GREEN FOILAGE in the photo? Is that supposed to bloom too? The only greenery is what is attached to the flower stems. Look at the photo- any florist knows to start with the foliage and place the flowers throughout. They don’t just stick a bunch of flowers together in a vase and call them beautiful. I’m just saying the product received is not worth the $115 I paid.
