Avon Commons Shopping Center — Attraction in Avon

Avon Commons holds a variety of stores and businesses. The truth is that this shopping center will satisfy your every need. It is well maintained and for us lucky enough to live near it, it's a rarity in not finding what you need, including some fine restaurants. It holds the following to name a few. Hienens, Home Depot, Michael's, Target, and at least 30 small specialty shops which makes this center one of the hidden jewels of the Avon, Sheffield Village, and Westlake area, and within several blocks you will find every major retailer in the country, and that includes Costco's and BJs shopping clubs. The traffic flow pattern has been well thought out by Avon officials and even around the holidays the traffic always moves with because of very well programmed traffic lights. Crowded! Favorite stores include: Heinen's (grocery/ supermarket), Home Depot, Kohl's, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, Payless (shoes), Michaels (arts/crafts), Target, World Market, Costco (incl gas+car repair), Red Robin, Panera, Zoup!, Best Cuts. While I come here often to shop for things I want/need, I am always overwhelmed by the sheer volume of people. The traffic, the parking lots, even the stores are ALWAYS packed. Congested at times and the light over by Home Depot and Heinens seems like it takes forever to change if you're coming out the back way from the east through the parking lot of the bank and Red Robin. People also don't know how to drive in that area apparently because there's always someone on your bumper when the speed limit is 25 and they want to go 50, or they sit through a green arrow because they can't put their phone down and only their car gets through and the rest have to sit through ANOTHER light. It's sad too because I really like the stores in that area, but I try to avoid it as much as possible because of the people who don't know...
