This is going to be a long one, but unfortunately I had to go from a 5 star to a 1 star. I have always been a Cons furniture client, but because they closed down and I got a new house I needed another living room set. My husband and myself didn't know where to go since it's always been Cons for us. First we went to Ashley's furniture and picked out our furniture that we liked. The sales rep told us we would have our furniture by August 12th and of course that didn't happen. Then they said we would have it by August 25th or 31st they really didn't know. I was very upset that they couldn't even give us a correct date, so we canceled the order. We decided to come to Mors furniture and were greeted by Muhammad. The first thing my husband and myself did was tell him what we already had been through and that we didn't want to go through that again. He assured us that he would be totally honest with us. He was very helpful and helped us for the entire time we were there. We finally decided on a living room set and before we chose to purchase it he made sure it was in stock. The only thing that was not in stock was the coffee table. We purchased the furniture on August 17th and Muhammad told us that we can pick up our furniture in a few days which we did. He told us the coffee table was in Portland and that it would be on it's way and we would have it no later than the 27th, but of course it's now September 8th and NO COFFEE TABLE!! Oh, and trying to get a hold of anyone at any Mors furniture store is impossible! When I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the Mors we bought our furniture at I decided to drive to a Mors on Bell road on September 3rd just to ask if they could give me an update on my coffee table. The guy that was there which I didn't get his name and I wish I would have told me that the table had arrived at the warehouse and that we can go pick it up. I got really happy and told my husband what the guy had said. My husband drove himself all the way to the warehouse the following day just so they could tell him that our table wasn't there. I was livid!!! We are great customers we pay our bills on time and we have bought thousands from Cons, but unfortunately this is not the store for us and we will not be returning for any future purchases.

Read moreThis is, without question, one of the best furniture stores I’ve visited. The space was very clean and thoughtfully organized — not a speck of dust in sight. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this location was managed with care and attention to detail.
I was especially impressed by the refreshment area. It’s a small touch, but one that speaks volumes. Offering drinks, coffee, and popcorn to customers browsing the showroom shows a level of hospitality I’ve never seen at any other furniture store. It may seem minor, but it genuinely elevated the experience and made the store stand out. That kind of consideration reflects a company that values its customers, and I truly hope they continue doing it — because it left long lasting impression.
Armando greeted us as we entered and asked if we needed any assistance. He was professional, helpful, and never once pushy. At most furniture stores, it often feels like the staff is hovering or watching closely, almost as if you’re about to run off with the sectional. But Armando and the entire team created a very relaxed, welcoming environment. He gave us space to browse, yet remained attentive. The moment I looked over with a question, he came over promptly and provided clear answers without any pressure.
