Parking is not great but you can park at the aquatic center (according to the park map). One reviewer said they went on the weekend and parked at the school across the street so we did the same when we went on a Sunday.
The troll at the park is marvelous. I think this is one of if not my favorite public art installations. It's beautiful and fits right in with the setting. It is worth going to see Pia. This is very close to downtown: small little park and a trail where Pia the peacekeeper resides. I'm a fan of this Danish artist and his recycled art.
