Westside Pizza — Restaurant in Bainbridge Island

We've had mixed results from this pizzeria in the past. Sometimes everything is smooth sailing, and the food is mid, but whatever, it's pizza. Most of the times there's some issue: mistakes to the order, service issues, missing items, or late delivery. This last time, it was all of the above.

I made the order in advance, at 330, for a 5 delivery, which should have been plenty of times for a single pizza, a salad, and some wings. At 505, I called to see what's going on since the order was already late and was told rather rudely that the delivery drive just left with it so it'll be 10 minutes, and then they hung up. They use an app now so customers can track their order, and ours showed it didn't have a driver, so I figured the app was wrong. No, the app was correct. Our driver wasn't assigned and didn't leave the store with our dinner until 515 and arrived at 530.

The pizza was not fresh, the cheese already hardening, the wings were soggy and missing their sauce, and the salad was just warm lettuce with some cheese and 5 croutons tossed on it. It had dressing, but the whole container had obviously been sitting on top of the pizza box for probably close to 30 minutes and was warmer than the pizza itself.

I am never ordering from them again. The other pizzeria, That's Some Pizza, is takeout only but much better service, and if your pizza is cold, it isn't because the shop lied to you about its delivery.

The only time I have ever been in the Westside restaurant it was for dinner, well before they should have been closed, and we were again rudely told to leave because they were having a staff meeting and no pizza was being made... then lock the door and post a...

The only reason I am giving Westside Pizza a 3 star review is because we do order from them and their delivery people have always been very nice. Other than that their pizza is nothing special, they don't have unique pizzas or quality ingredients. But when you don't want to cook they are convenient, well if you want to wait anywhere from 1 to 2 hours for a cold pizza. (HINT: order pizza before 5:30 if you want to eat before bedtime) We have even had our pizza delivered so messed up that we had to eat it out of a bowl. I think what bugs me the most about this place is they could care less about customer satisfaction. Apologizing for providing such long delivery times is always a nice touch and maybe even going as far as giving your loyal customers a discount coupon once in a while for putting up with such inferior service might...

We recently took the kids to Westside Pizza for a Seahawks game, and it turned out to be an unforgettable evening! The atmosphere was vibrant and family-friendly, making it the perfect spot for us to enjoy the game together.

The kids had a blast playing pinball and shuffleboard, keeping them entertained while my husband and I could relax and focus on the game. It was great to see them having so much fun!

As for the food, we ordered the Greek salad and the Westside pizza, both of which were delicious! The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the pizza was cooked to perfection—definitely a highlight of the evening.

Overall, this is a fantastic place for families looking to enjoy good food and have a great time together. We’ll definitely be back for more game...
