Pros: Good services, consistent with Hilton brand quality with the basic essentials: same quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash. Free simple breakfast (muffins, boiled eggs, bagels). Free parking. Pets allowed, though I won't call it pet-friendly. Rather newly renovated (but vents, bath tub, sink and carpet are old) The same basic amenities like other Hilton brands but smaller: gym, hot coffee/tea, ice machine, and filtered water at the lobby. Securely locked everywhere, rather safe, although it is in a bad neighborhood. Fridge and TV in every room.

Cons: The carpet is the dirtiest I have seen in my life, even among the worst motels! My daughter played bare foot for half an hour, and her feet became 👣 ink-black! They are dark enough to write on! Washed her feet, and she ran out for a couple minutes before we caught her to wash again. Gray this time, better than black. Wearing shoes all the time from then on, despite her objections. With carpet this filthy, can you imagine what bugs are growing in the room? Why don't hotels use flooring which is more hygenic than carpet?! Noise: There is quite a bit of noise from drugged pedestrians, speeding vehicles and trucks stopping at the red light late at night. There are trucks passing by every minute (literally, look at the two videos filmed one minute apart). It's NOT quiet at all! Bad neighborhood. Ventilation in the bathrooms need improvement. There is some weird smell in there. Soft mattresses with no support, but pillows were decent. No microwave in room (one in the lobby).

Overall, still a more pleasant experience than the other super pet-friendly option, Motel 6, but not...

Front desk guy seemed nice enough i checked in at 11:40 at night with my 13 year old daughter we saw a unarmed security gaurd tell a homeless person to stay away from my car and then we get into our room and find our toilet seat has hair so does the counter and shower like someone had shaved all over the bathroom the room was okay. Around 4:00 am I get a call my car has been broken into and I need to come downstairs to take a look I get downstairs and there is no security gaurd in sight and the front desk attendant takes me to look at my car and the driver side rear window was shattered and my belongings were strung across the parking and on the car next to mine somebody took as much as they could as I was moving across the country with a car packed full in my belongings and I probably lost about 10k worth of stuff. Still no security gaurd in my sight and the night attendant repeatedly told me that the cops won’t come and that I could call to file a report but they would tell me to do it online instead and he was deferring me from making a police report from there I clean out and pack up what stuff I had left and was leaving the hotel by 6:20 am and the same attendant was still there and was refusing me my money back for the 5 hours I was there and got my car broken into I would never stay here again and I do believe the front desk attendant was in...

Arriving to the hotel the front parking lot is taken up by storage containers. There was plenty of space towards the back of the hotel parking lot for these but they chose to place them I the front where guests would have preferred to park. The gas station Sharing the parking lot is frequented by homeless peiple and vagrants. |The lobby is dark and in need of an update with furniture and lighting. |One of two elevator doors would not shut when boarding from the fourth floor. |The rooms are okay, towels are clean beds are still firm. Although I did get bitten by something on my 3rd night there. Toilet paper is more like sand paper. The desk chair in my room was broken as it would support me if I leaned back, almost fell over. |Windows are not insulated enough to keep street traffic noise out. |Refrigerator noise was deafening so much so I had to wear my noise canceling headphones. I eventually had to unplug it in order to get sleep. |Breakfast is typical for a free hotel meal.
