Big Brother's Marble & Granite — Attraction in Baltimore

This is the worst company to ever use. They sent out a measuring person to take measurements. According to sales person their staff didn't measure the sink area. I informed them on numerous occasions I was reusing my sink. After a discussion with sales manager they tried to make me pay an extra $150.00 for them to make the adjustment for the sink. I agree to cover half and the should eat the other half and was told it would be a hundred sallies. The office hung up on me after the workers left with marble undid my plumbing and told me they don't put it back. Don't use this company for. I asked for the owners name and was refused three for that information, final they provided me the name of the owner. I threaten to call the police if materials were not returned to me. If I could give them a zero star I would! The manager (Mary) gave sent me to their "Halethorpe" location and have me the wrong address. She had me riding around for 30 min because she gave mw their Baltimore location at first after I asked for the Halethorpe location. Then she didn't provide the a suite number so I kept having to call her back. She was very unprofessional. She picked up the phone by saying "hello" like I wasn't calling a business. When I asked for the owners name she was hesitant on giving it to me and gave me. She had an attitude the whole time and she really inconvenienced me therefore she will not be getting my business

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The customer service is amazing, the service is impeccable, and everyone, from owner to salesperson to installers, were fantastic to work with. We had a piece that did not fit perfectly, and I was willing for them to drop a small strip in behind it, but they refused to do that and came back with a perfectly cut piece that very same day! All of the work was done in 1 day and they cleaned up after themselves, were professional and attentive to detail. We had 3 counters and a table installed, and only 1 had to be seamed, and it was done so well that you can barely notice it.
