Don has been so helpful with my device needs!!! Truly a knowledgable digital device professional!!! I moved into my new place recently and in the early evening, I dropped my phone on the hard tile floor.

Even though i had a case, my screen SMASHED!!!

Don Wireless was my first call!!! He repaired my screen and placed on a screen protector, rapidly!

Also, Id not used a screen protector before, because i wouldn’t put place them on well, and they would just feel like more trouble than theyre worth! Lol

BUT he did an excellent job putting on my new screens new screen protector too!!!

I had an iPhone XS that was in a loop. He tried fixing the phone but it was being stubborn and stayed in the loop. He didn’t charge me because he couldn’t fix it. I also had an iPhone 8 Plus that had a cracked screen and everything was black. He literally fixed that phone for $65 dollars. The owner is a super nice person and genuinely friendly. Most of my interactions have been picking up UPS packages that I have delivered to his shop. It's a great option for people that live in the city and work during the day as it eliminates the anxiety of worrying about the package falling into the wrong hands. I have also had several questions answered about cell phone and computer issues answered. So good to see small business owners providing worthwhile services...
