Shake Shack — Restaurant in Baltimore

So I went here expecting the mostly normal Shake Shack experience. I admit that I'm biased - more of an InNOut guy but man it was bad. The staff were friendly but that's where the positive things end. Things to fix: Wait time - 25+ minutes for 4 burgers - we got the stadium early and still missed kickoff Limited menu - and I mean really limited- they don't even have katsup or mustard behind the counter - 0 specialty burgers The quality- these burgers were bone dry - BONE DRY - It felt like eating a warmed up softer beef jerky at times.

Don't waste your time or money on the Shake Shack brand- just grab a regular dog or hamburger at...

I was thrilled to see a Shake Shack upon entering M&T Stadium. Catching them early is key too!

The line was around 15 or so deep and moved pretty quickly. I could tell they had their act together.

Orders were taken with efficiency. Two double shack burgers with fries and two chocolate shakes. The total of $65 with tax and tip was a big ouch!

The meals pushed out within 10 minutes. Everything hot and tasty. Btw they pre make the shakes and put them in the freezer to move things...

I'm very dessapointed with the food I order. I I order a burger with fries and the burger look like it was slice in half from a regular size patty. I thought I was getting a regular size patty but instead I got half. what makes it worse was that this was a single patty and if I would have to order a double patty I would have received the other half. this is not right any other burger restaurant gives you what you pay for. I can get a better deal at burger King. Got me once...
