I recently had the pleasure of working with 'Charm City Picnic' for a truly unique and romantic experience, and I can't express enough how thrilled I am with their services. From start to finish, this company exceeded my expectations in every way.

First and foremost, I was impressed with their promptness and punctuality. They were right on time, and the entire picnic setup was ready to go as soon as I arrived at the chosen location. It was evident that they value their customers' time and make every effort to ensure a seamless experience.

Overview: The visual set-up of the picnic was nicely done. But it wasn’t worth $400+… or the chaos at every step. Their constant (and preventable) last-minute changes created a stressful experience for me and all my guests. I would not recommend.

In-depth Review: After confirming my picnic details and paying the $400+ amount in full, they repeatedly asked me to change my picnic time (even after I told them I sent out invites).

Picnic Day was so chaotic. They text me less than an hour before my picnic to inform me that they were casually “re-routing” my picnic to a completely different park (I found out that they didn’t appropriately checked the park’s calendars/ or updates. So when they arrived to setup my picnic, the park was closed).

After changing the park last minute due to their errors, they gave no apologies. And they also didn’t provide extra time for me to contact my guest or catering (both of which were about to arrive). I had to speak up and ask for an extension of time, which they gave me only 30 minutes.

I paid $90 extra for a gazebo, so it was evidently important to me. However, they were unable to setup the gazebo at the new park. Once again, they gave no sorry—just a text saying “luckily there’s a ton of shade”. That day was 90 ° and had 1 tree next to us. And my guest were not prepared to be out in the direct sun, since I said they’d be protected.

I get that things can happen. But as a customer, I had to constantly accommodate last-minute changes that could’ve/ or should’ve been prevented. The $400+ picnic I booked and paid for, was not the picnic...

Charm City Picnics put on an absolutely stunning picnic for us to celebrate our sister’s bachelorette. We were a little nervous and not sure if our idea would work out, but CCP made it a totally unique and unforgettable experience. They worked with us every step of the way and made us feel like our vision would come to life - and it did beyond our expectations. We got off our water taxi ride and were greeted by a magical and elegant picnic set up in Canton Waterfront Park. We then got to sit back, relax, and enjoy a day that we will all remember forever.
