I had the worst experience there today. I came to get everything done. Manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. I get the same thing same length and itâs usually 110-115$ today i was today it would be 20 extra dollars for a French nail because itâs a âhardâ French nail. Iâve never heard of the term. So we resolved the issue and i was told my total would be 130 they charge for equipment used they charge if you use a card. The lady also tried to charge me 18$ dollars for a single overlay on my big toe. They added so many fees itâs ridiculous they are very expensive and Vanessa was very rude. She told me âi thought money wasnât an issueâ itâs not but for the service thatâs basic as hell not even shaped to perfection. I would not recommend. I only found out the reception was trying to overcharge because the nail tech told me herself. She told me the service shouldnât be more than 136! And told me to never ask the receptionist for price because they donât get paid hourly she can give me her own price. Iâm not returning and if yu go donât ask receptionist Vanessa the price. Ask nail tech themselves. They are super helpful and she only had to stop because she had an appointment. To punish me the nail tech gave me the slowest nail tech. I got there at 10:00 am and did not leave until 2:30 for a French manicure. Thanks for having me there all day...
Read moreBeen goin there for years since the shop opened and yesterday my nail fell off of my nail bed ... As a nail tech if you notice anything wrong with the nail, discoloration, ect your not suppose to continue the service just to get paid, secondly, the nail tech gave me a fungus by not sanitizing his materials before servicing me and another young lady at the same time and cut my cuticle with nippers, giving me a manicure without even soaking my hands in soap water to loosen my skin, nippers are not even suppose to be used anymore, and none of them sanitize their hands or equipment before servicing the next customer. I am really disappointed about the fact that I have to walk around with a missing nail, it looks horrible! Never implied they didn't do nails but being sanitary is most important..you must certainly choose the right nail tech and stick to them.Too bad Lisa is no longer there because she was my nail tech and after that if Thee or Andy wasn't doing my nails I wasn't really happy. In the beginning the shop was awsome but they fell off , the quality of the shop has decreased and the professionalism is no longer theređđ˝ !!!!I must add, the new women who does designs there makes the shop look horrible, very loud and obnoxious, which is...
Read moreVictoria does good designs. However, she works to fast and damage your nails in the process. She's very rough when removing acrylic and will eventually cut someone if not already. She does not apply acrylic evenly on the nail, including the sides. She files your nails crooked. Gel polished was used for my nails, and the polished chiped the next day. A couple of my nails had air bubbles, and 1 nail broke. I have natural long nails, no tips. I paid too much money for my nails, including a good tip not to get them corrected. Spoke to the manager, Andy the next day, however, I was out of town, said to see him when I got back. Once I returned, I gave him a call, Andy said it was too long of a wait that he could not do anything about it. I was not looking to get my nails done for free, however, provide a discount, honor the mistakes that was made so that I could have gotten them done again. As of this day, the same designs and polish and damages are still on my nails so Andy could have seen them.
I will not be patronizing this...
