On this account I review places I go with my service dog in training, Barbie. I hate the guest relations here, I really do. As a disabled person the renewal for my DAS is scary as heck and they have some RUDE ladies who have some interesting questions and ways of speaking. Examples: I took my mother to Disney who also has disabilities and took her to get a DAS. The woman assisting us ripped into her about her “black hat” and how any issues from heat and fatigue from her illness is the “hat”. Gee thanks! Cured! But seriously, she was explaining her long standing medical issues, the hat is not the issue. They also another time when explaining my tachycardia from the heat tried to only give a wheelchair rental comp but that would do literally nothing because I get tachycardia from the heat as well-not just from being on my feet. I explained this. I had an employee reexplain my illness in a simular fashion. It was only when I said I was also autistic and become over sensitized easily that they decided to oh so kindly give it to me. They need some kindness training or to employ actual disabled...

Guest relations are a joke.

Went to make a complaint due to a cast member making our 3 year old cry. She offered us a free lighting lane for a ride, I couldn’t believe it as she was just adding insult to injury. I informed her I didn’t want free stuff or discounts I wanted something doing about it. She want into the back office and back and and said she’s typed the feedback ip and will send it to the department that deals with that and that’s all she can do. I said that’s just pointless and we both know the email will be read and deleted to which she nodded her head in agreement and said sorry that’s all I can do.

Don’t bother spending a fortune to fly halfway around the world to this place as it’s not a magical place for kids, they just end up being ridiculed...

They are here to help you. Need I saw more. It can be challenging to have to go to guest relations when on vacation but it happens. They will do their best to help you with whatever you need. Please be kind to them, they are nice people. I can’t think of a place with better guest relations than...
