Glam Nails Baytown — Attraction in Baytown

The first time I went I was impressed the second not so much. I requested a mani and pedi. Powder dip on nails. They asked what pedi I wanted I stated $39 not cheap not expensive. Asked color I explain I wanted both nails to match. The colors are similar and that's not the complaint. The issue is I went in with my work pants on and they asked if I could pull up I explained I had something in car ran out got it i was told to use bathroom to change no biggy go to bathroom there sits on the pot the lady doing my nails. No I did not open the door it was wide open.... I stepped back and the others said to use the other one but I wanted her to finish so I gave her privacy. Then she came out... no running water... so no hand washing. I sit down and the guy doing my nails had me in the most uncomfortable position and the lady was trying to get me to look at what she was doing but he was getting angry. He kept asking what step was next or something. I am super patient but it was getting a little ridiculous. Finally he got the electric file and proceeds to file cutting my fingers in several spots. He said sorry cut a bit.... umm yeah I know! Then paying I asked how much I am told 79$ I say okay charge 89$ for tip. I felt obligated. I go to the bathroom to wash my hands now mind you I had a 100$ bill and they gave me 11$ back, come out and lady said sorry you owe me 10$ I didn't charge you right...HELLO! I PAID WHAT YOU SAID!! I just wanted to leave I had powder all over my hands and my finger hurt when I used the soap... ...

I recently had the most horrible experience I have ever had to deal with. The owner is unprofessional and a big B----. Since I'm writing online I won't spell the word. I was getting my hair done next door and thought it be ok to let my 16 year old daughter go and get her nails done. The guy that did her nails messed up her nails and left them uneven. So after I seen my daughters nails I told her we paying customers and to go get them to fix it. And she went talked to the owner and she got a attitude with my daughter and started yelling at her. My daughter got her nails fixed and came to in tears to where how upset she was. As a mother I went over there and wanted her to go apologize to my daughter but she has already left. So as I was talking to manager and telling him everything she did he basically took the owner side and told me if I wasn't happy with their services there was plenty of nail salons to go too. That was the most unprofessional Matter I have ever had to deal with. Yet I was the one in the wrong because I came upset and wanting lady to apologize to my daughter! So unprofessional. And the only reason I even give this place a 1 star is because there no way to...

I’ve been coming here since 2016 and yesterday was the last time I will ever go to this horrible place that left my eyebrows bruised and battered. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax which I always do and have been doing for years now but this time I had a person I’ve never had before, I didn’t think it’d turn out to be such a huge issue, if you don’t know how to do it, leave it to the professionals and don’t be money hungry. I was in a lot of pain during my waxing but I thought it was maybe a new wax or different technique, my eyes were extremely watery so when my brows were shown to me I couldn’t tell how they actually looked. I typically get redness from the wax but it goes away after half an hour or so, then I started to realize it didn’t and I was so uncomfortable, my brows were stinging and there’s literal small pieces of skin PLUCKED OUT and they didn’t even get the actual hairs needed, my eyebrows look bad, I have major sensitivity on them now and I’m gonna have scarring now because they did an unprofessional job. I have friends that come here and I’m going to tell them to go elsewhere because nobody should leave a “salon” looking like this....
