My husband hasn’t stopped talking about shave ice since his vacation in Hawaii a few years ago, and we managed to find some on LBI! They have a regular and a vegan option for the ice cream base which was great since I’m dairy free (the Haupia coconut topping is not dairy free). Went in not knowing what to expect, but was beyond satisfied after eating the shaved ice. I only had the chocolate and vanilla ice but it was superb. My wife had the grape and blue raspberry and said it was the best shave ice she had ever tried.
