First off, the people are the most important part of any business, and the team at this Porsche dealership is a solid 11/10. From a character standpoint, these guys have it all. One aspect that stood out to me was how grounded I feltāmeaning I was well-informed on all aspects of every offering we discussed. This made the decision-making process very easy for us. It didnāt feel like we were just buying another car; it felt special. In terms of character: integrity 10/10, fairness 10/10, honesty 10/10. I could go on, but I think I've made my point.
When it comes to customer service and going above and beyond, they excel. Every interaction is professional, friendly, and genuine. You can tell they genuinely care about ensuring you're satisfied, whether you're browsing or making a major purchase. From the moment we walked in to when we drove off, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. It truly made the experience fun and stress-free.
I also want to express my gratitude to Steve for his exceptional help with choosing from all the different options these cars have to offer. His dedication and expertise, especially through all the reconfigurations, made a significant difference. Thank you, Steve, for your guidance, patience, and support during our decision-making, and for going the extra mile. It truly enhanced our experience, and your support felt like having a trusted friend in the process.
Rick thankyou for taking the time and introducing the brand to my nephew. Hope he makes the right decision soon.
You canāt have a successful business of this size without strong leadership. Thank you, Andrew, Dominic, and George, for your help in making the ruby star and her new friend happenāit meant a lot! These guys are excellent managers who listen to the customer and do everything they can to make things happen. Not many auto stores have managers who go that extra distance; itās easy to just say no, but they donāt. If they can help and itās possible, they will make it happen. No laziness here.
Greg, youāre fantastic at explaining these carsāgood thing for you they donāt have 52,814 buttons anymore lolol! Your videography is excellent too; keep it up!
Matan is great at ensuring your car is perfectāthank you, Matan, for making things happen even on short notice.
And Jay, depending on how you do your numbers, thanks for letting me draw all over your desk! That was fun. Seriously, Jaffet was great to work with.
I didnāt get to work with everyone, and I apologize if I missed mentioning anyone. Itās a big place with a lot going on. Iām not discrediting anyone; I just didnāt get to interact with everyone. Everyone is awesome.
As for the store itself, the new facility is worth experiencing. Itās very well done, with the best atmosphere of any auto store Iāve ever visited. It feels like the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta, minus the track and museum. The theme is cohesive, everything flows nicely, and itās HUGE! The lounge area has great spots to work while waiting on a car in service. My daughter felt right at home in the lounge chair at the front lol. And the shopāwow! Itās cleaner than most peopleās homes. The techs helped with another car I brought in, and the alignment was perfect. The detail team did an outstanding job, especially with cleaning the Ti tips, which is often a challenge on this car. Itās clear they take extra care.
Well done, Mr. Penske!
Whether youāre looking for your first Porsche or seeking to build a long-term relationship, check out Porsche of Beachwood....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHaving recently developed an interest in possibly acquiring a new Porsche Cayman, I stopped by Porsche of Beachwood to try one on for size and get an up-close look at them to decide if I really wanted to pursue purchasing one. I think that I, along with many, often dread visiting an auto dealer of any sort; will you be accosted by numerous salesman upon arrival, will you be pressured into making some kind of immediate commitment, will you be visually āpre-qualifiedā and then subsequently ignored or brushed off if they think you arenāt serious or are merely seeking informationā¦the list goes on regarding unpleasant dealer visits. Suffice it to say, sometimes itās not a pleasant experience.
With all that in mind, I can assure you that visiting Porsche of Beachwood is the farthest thing from those stereotypical dealer experiences; it was a truly enjoyable venture with absolutely no negative aspects and not only did I come away from the visit extremely impressed, but it was one heck of a good time as well.
As I had come straight from work, I was looking, well, like I had just come from work. No matter, I was greeted, treated and dealt with in both a professional and comfortably relaxed manner. After spending some time with Steven Y, I had more info that I had hoped for, had free reign to sit in and crawl around a Cayman S they had in the showroom and when I expressed a concern about the exhaust sound of the Flat-4 engine, Steven grabbed the keys to a unit out in the parking lot and started it up for me to hear in various modes, running thru the gamut of the ālive testingā scenarios that allayed my fears regarding how the car sounds. Cold start with valves open, then closed, a few nice revs with valves open and then closedā¦it was a real treat to hear live as opposed to online sound clipsā¦and far more realistic.
I guess in the end the best way to sum it up is that it was such a nice experience that it added to the total experience of a possible purchase as opposed to being a necessary evil during the process of procuring a fun car. It was really kinda like going to a car show w/ fellow enthusiasts as opposed to a trip to a typical car dealer.
A winner for sure, exemplary organization they have there at Porsche of Beachwood, highly recommended. Heading back today to further investigate the possibilities and looking forward to it like a child on his way to an amusement park. Sincere thanks to all at Porsche of Beachwood, especially Steven Y. Purchasing a car of this nature should be a pleasant and fun experience and they sure are adding to that with each visit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love ant to start off by letting you know that Iām not a āreview writerā. I feel strongly that the majority of people to leave one are people that are having some sort of negative experience. I also can attest that most good experiences donāt get reviewed.
The reason Iām typing this right now is because Iāve had an AMAZING experience with Porsche of Beachwood.
First of all, if your looking at buying a car from them, chances are strong that what you are looking at is not a need, but a want. Porsche of Beachwood understands that you are considering purchasing something that not only costs a lot, but they know itās not a necessity.
Brennan and Stephen (the salesmen) went above and beyond for me. The car I purchased was priced below any other one in the country l, yet they acted like they cared. Brennan showed me everything about the car, would text me with updates while I was waiting to take delivery on the vehicle and really asked a lot of questions about why wanted it and what Iād be doing with it.
I have been to so many dealers where you get these sleeze-ball Sales people that just want to sell you a car.
I can assure you that this dealer is looking to build a relationship so that you donāt just buy a car and disappear, but buy every car moving forward from them.
This was my 2nd time purchasing from this dealer and both times I received amazing service. I feel strongly that youād be doing yourself a disservice if you didnāt strongly consider their team.
I also wanted it to be known that if you ask for Stephen or Brennan, you canāt go wrong. I canāt speak on the other sales reps, but Iām sure they are the same caliber as those two.
Paperwork was a breeze, all of the information I learned about the vehicle was a huge help and the conversations were friendly and never pushy. The dealership is updated, clean and if you like cars then itās like being a kid in a candy store.
Thanks again guys, Iāll see you in about a year when Iām ready to trade it in...
