"Reserved Seating"...Why?

Honestly the decision to have reserved seating here seems ill-advised. We went through all of the trouble to pick designated seating only to find when entering the Show Room, Our "Reserved" seats already had Butts in them. and not to mention the Size of the the Room was so small that it honestly Felt like a Practical joke to put customers through all the hassle as though there would be such a huge Array of seating to choose from and Multiple Vantage Points to view the Movie from inside of the "Shoe box". A valuable suggestion would be For this Theatre to stop trying to Compete with the Larger thatre across Town and Find it's own Niche, one where the Customers experience is Top Priority!..Also this was only the Tip of the iceberg. But i'll save some for other disappointed Customers...

Unfortunately we purchased tickets and couldn't use them. You see if a place refuses me the rights to protect myself and my family by banning my right to bear arms I don't feel safe in their establishment. For the same reason I no longer shop at target I will no longer watch movies here. Really people if you allow someone to get hurt in your theater and you have blocked them an opportunity to legally defend themselves against people who don't care about your stupid sign, you should be held accountable. 8 years of my business is gone over your ignorance and I will spread the word. Poor service I wanted to buy some regular m&ms and the girl that was taking my order refuse to sell me what i was asking for even do i was really nice and explain why i wanted what i was asking because the other option she was offering outside of the display has peanuts on them . And i wanted regular classic m&m. . I felt discriminated and disappointed honestly i end up not buying anything for my self because what’s the point i have to buy what others wants me to buy...
