Great store, walked in and was helped immediately. I was helped by Brian, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, so he explained the differences between brands & reputations, mattress types (foam, spring, and hybrid and what’s best for specific types of sleepers), mattress materials/quality, prices, etc... all to help me make the decision. I probably laid around on different mattresses for close to an hour to figure out what I liked and he didn’t rush me or push me in any specific direction or even bother me at all. I told him I wanted to lay around for a bit and he said “of course!” and gave me space. Even said “naps are free of charge” haha.

I ended up picking up a queen Tempur-pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress (feels amazing - you just have to go in and try it yourself), box spring, frame, and mattress cover, and to top it off free delivery was set for two days later on a Sunday when I’m actually not at work, so that’s great. The mattress comes with a 10 year warranty for any noticeable divots and other manufacturer defects that may occur over years of use from Tempur-pedic and should last up to 20 years. Sleep outfitters also gives you about 120 days of in home sleeping to ensure it’s the right mattress for you, if not you can exchange it for the right mattress, only thing is you have to pay for the delivery back to the store from your place and the delivery of the new mattress from the store back to your place. That’ll run you just over $200 if you want to make the exchange. Still worth it if you know you want to switch it out.

One thing to note, there is a 10% military discount on everything but the Tempur-pedic products (because that price is set by the manufacturer). But you will get up to $300 in “gifts”.. basically a prepaid card. I think, but I’m not sure, that the $300 in gifts is only for the Tempur-pedic brand. Either way, if you go my route with said brand, you get a choice between the $300 in gifts or you can just get a free box spring and mattress cover which is around that $300 price range, so I went with the latter for ease.

Overall very happy with the experience and I’m look forward to receiving the bed!

Received the bed 2 days after purchasing/ordering. Quick and easy installation, I just told them where I wanted it, they built the frame and placed everything on it! I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex, so good on them.

Jodi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our exchange of a mattress we bought at the Huber location from a salesman that convinced us it was a good choice initially. We had stressed we didn’t want something that would not be a good choice for people who are not skinny and within one month there was body impressions from both myself that is somewhat overweight 155 and my husband that is a 270. I would hate to see what the mattress would have looked like in a year let alone four years down the road. Jodi let us know that the brand and mattress we initially chose she doesn’t even recommend to potential buyers and also has a high return rate. She educated us a lot after asking us several questions and recommended a few that she thought for our needs. She also recommended us to lay on it for as long as we wanted and suggested us lay longer than just a few minutes. We wished we would have had her as a salesperson rather than who we dealt with. The Huber Heights store got shut down due to a flood so we couldn’t go back to do our exchange and after meeting Jodi at the Beavercreek location we were glad we had went there. We also had spoke to Brooke the store manager at that location and she was also very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great customer service is hard to find now a days and days I would recommend Jodi at the Beavercreek location as your sleep expert if you are in need a of a good mattress.

First time mattress buyer. I walked in and was greeted by Sean. He first had me lay on three different beds (price doesn't matter here) to understand what firmness I liked. He then discussed the difference in brands and material and helped me pick a few beds in my price range.

I then checked sears, macys, king mattress, and mattressfirm but none could beat their price.

I returned about 2 weeks later and purchased from the manager Phil. He was very patient as i tried out a few more beds to make sure I still liked the one I wanted to purchase. Both Sean and Phil clearly explained their 120 day price match policy and 120 best sleep guarantee.

On day of delivery, the crew was very nice and were careful of the walls/floor. They unwrapped the mattress in the apartment to keep it clean from the dirt outside. Unfortunately, Phil accidentally ordered me the wrong frame size (king instead of cali-king) but left me the king frame so I could sleep on it. Phil ordered me the right frame and personally came over the next day to my apartment to switch the frames out.

Overall great shopping experience, especially compared to the other local stores. Despite the frame mix up, Phil went above and beyond by personally coming over and fixing the problem within 24hrs.

Would happily buy another bed here. Stress free, great service, and best price...
