Read moreI've only been to this location once as I am new to the area. I didn't have a problem with the staff or the shopping experience. The staff were really nice. My issue happened to be with the bathroom. I had come straight to Hobby Lobby after work with my family to use up over $100 in gift cards we received from Christmas. While shopping, I badly needed to use the restroom. The women's restroom was so filthy that it looked like the toilets hadn't been cleaned in years. I'm gagging just remembering it. The toilet bowl was stained with black residue. The toilet seat had so much dried up liquid that I hoped was water when flushed, but I tried to flush the toilet once and the water pressure was so bad the wad of toilet paper that I found in the bowl didn't budge. Speaking of a wad of toilet paper, every single bowl had a big wad of toilet paper. I assumed someone/customer tried to back it up so I don't fault HL for that. Gas station bathrooms are cleaner than this. I wasn't even going to try and use their facilities. I rushed my family to get their things so we could check out. Check out line was so long and barely moving that I had to leave my family in line and rush over to a nearby store to use their facilities. Was it my fault for not going before I left work? Yes, but that shouldn't be the main concern here. I'm sure parents would not appreciate taking their little kid who has to use the potty in the bathroom. Gave one star but added another one for friendly staff.
TLDR: Make sure you don't have to use the bathroom before you go...
Read moreRude! We went to do a refund and when it was our turn at the register we were told "just to let you know , there is another register besides this one that does returns" ...uh ok and that one had a line too. She(Emily)never told that anyone else(about 4 others) in the line ahead of us AND there was no one behind us at that moment. Then after she said that she proceded to tell the customer ahead of us that she was suppose to be off at 2pm and it was a few minutes after. So in my opinion a manager should have had her blocked off to save the next customer from her rudeness....or i also wonder....was it because we are a mixed couple? She handled everything in a jerky way and then also made a senseless comment about having bought the items from another location. I asked her, "Does it matter?" Then by the time we were finished and the customer after us stepped up she spoke kindly to them.....hhhmmm🤔 THEN I call to speak with the manager and he basically sounded like he could care less because without me giving him ANY info as far as her name, register number, receipt number, etc he said "we'll have a talk with her" and he was already getting off the phone... Uh ok, who are you going to have this talk with??? I then said, "her name is Emily." POOR...
