first bad experience here, i got a gift card with $25 on it and used it once before so it still had $15 i had just checked before i left to come to the drive through. when i got to the window to pay for my $9 meal i handed them the card and the man swiped it a couple times and showed me the reader that said "card error" i explained i just checked and it has money on it and so he types it in and tells me the computer says "not allowed" and hands me the card back. i call again to check the balance and it again says there is a little over $15 on it. he then closes the window and never even comes back. nobody came back to the window at all and avoided it once they saw i was still there. Read moreI placed an order on the KFC website, it said that I needed to be there at 5:11pm to pick up my order. It wasn't a large order really, enough to feed 3 people, one being my 4 year old who was with me. I get to the drive thru and I'm told to pull forward. Someone comes out and tells me that it'll be a 14 minute wait. 30 minutes later I go back through the drive thru and get stuck for 15 minutes or so before getting to the speaker to ask about my order for the second time... I'm told they have it. I finally, nearing an HOUR after I should have had my food, get my food. It's warm at best and they forgot my drink. I've already called corporate. Watching 20+ people go through the drive thru and leave with their meals and not having mine has ensured I won't...

I went back inside to get him to remake it and he just gave me the same food back and gave me an extra side and the one item I was missing and would not ring up the other item they forgot on my order that I wasn't charged for. Telling me" I can keep the slaw. Here's the missing potatoes" is peak poor and really shitty customer service. Also they were having an argument in the back and everybody at the front of the house could hear it. The management needs to control that.. I won't be back.
