I can no longer only give them anything other than 5 stars. The atmosphere is perfect for n Ç 3/29/2024 I go to Einstein's so often that I stopped900p reviewing them. I'd have to review almost daily!

That alone should be enough for you to know what I think

5 stars as always... They even bought it to my table!

For what they offer, nothing's better.

Not only do staff and management greet me by name but now the owner jokes with me by name!!!!!

11/11/2023 Ok, today I feel comfortable and even excited to go back to Einstein's Bagels. First: It has NOTHING to do with corporate. In fact I continue to find them despicable.

The local employees are another matter. Danielle helped me today and in the past. Since corporate hasn't contacted me yet to rectify the multiple charges the app started doing, they're dead to me. Local Einstein's on Nimbus is phenomenal. I'm only saying that Danielle not only refunded the overcharge from over a month ago, she has helped confirm my app is working. Today I ordered using the app like I've been doing for almost 2 decades and it worked perfectly. When it works it is so easy and convenient.

I get up, dress, order breakfast, go get it. Nothing easier,

I was told that the app was fixed and working for many

Unfortunately, after many years of excellent service and product I have to downgrade my review of Einstein's.

I was going to include more of the businesses history but will stick to a review of service.

It has been my past experience that often around this time of year when they raise their prices the order ahead app acts up...often stops working etc. Then within a day or 3 the programmers figure out how to make it work again.

This year things were different. I and others had our credit cards charged multiple times for one order.

This by itself would call for a 1 star...I leave 2 because of longtime appreciation.

My event occurred on 9/30/2023 I ordered as normal and later when checking my bank account found the charge posted 4 times!

The short version is I brought it to the attention of the GREAT local crew at 8430 SW Nimbus, suite 200 , Beaverton, OR and they, not having access to the programming aspect did what they could to make me happify thy and bring it to the attention of the corporate office.

It is this upper management I have major issues with. I've never done anything about the inconvenience in the past of the app misbehaving but this time, after more than a week and NO contact (I was promised that corporate would contact me to rectify the issue), I'm still out a lot of money and afraid to use the app. So, I go elsewhere to eat and will continue to do so. For how long depends upon IF I'm contacted and how corporate handles it. So far I have a VERY bad impression.

So Einstein Corporate office (actually, the company is owned by a few other corporations which are ultimately owned by one person who's name I will post shortly if not contacted)....what do you think? Are you enjoying having my money without providing a product????

Here again I've been going to Einstein's since it first opened. There's a long history about the owners, the business and it's name. It started as Noah's Bagels. While not inexpensive, when you download their app and use various other 'rewards', their fantastic bagels, coffee and more becomes a real treat. I'll never tire of Einstein's.. perfect coffee shop!!;!

I'm going to run out of room to review Einstein's. As I said above,...

I verify my order by talking to the person at the register every single time I come in when I order online. Simply to avoid taking someone else's meal. Ironically something that happened right before I came in.

Today however I got nothing but an argument when I went to verify and grab my order. All I simply asked for was an empty coffee cup after finding one for my order already full with an unknown type of coffee. Apparently asking for an empty cup so I can fill it with the coffee I want is asking too much? For what it's worth pouring a cup of coffee to only get cold for your customer isn't a good idea to begin with. When your staff member accused me of calling them a liar over what was in the cup I had enough and they had crossed a lime. I simply asked to have a empty cup so I would know exactly what went in my cup and in no way is asking for an empty cup because I didn't pour it calling them a liar. I didn't ask for any specific coffee in my order and just wanted an empty cup so I could pour it myself knowing 1 what type of coffee it was and 2 that it was fresh and hot. Something that up until today has never been an issue. Due to the nature of the conversation and how the employees handled it I won't be back. I'll happily find another Saturday breakfast spot for my family and I do avoid such an unwelcoming and hostile...

First time trying Einstein Bros Bagels. Went in around 9 am on a Friday morning and there was a steady stream of customers coming in and going out. That didn't deter the employees. When you come in, you order your food on the right hand side of the counter. You then move to the left and pay. I found that interesting. I ordered an Apple Cinnamon Bagel with plain shmear and a large cold brew. The bagel was fabulous and the cream cheese shmear was very generous. The apple cinnamon topping was just right, not too sweet. The cold brew was a little bit bitter, but, that counter acted the topping and cream cheese. My order was ready within minutes and I ate in the restaurant. I wasn't asked if I was dining in or if it was to go and my bagel was in a "to go" bag, it would have been nice to have a little plate to eat off of, but, I made do.
