If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiance and I visited the store for the first time today, 9/12/2025. When we first walked in we were complimenting the store because we liked the variety there. But some lady who worked today in a purple shirt made the experience horrible. My fiance asked very specific questions about products and her attitude was crappy. She seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. She also had NO knowledge about products. We continued to look around seeing that she was no help and appeared to be bothered. Funny thing is that we were the only customers in there. So we came to the conclusion that we would come back with hopes of dealing with another employee on the next visit. Although her attitude was horrible, we were still going to buy somethings. Before we approached the counter to ask for the items we WERE going to buy, I noticed that she was literally standing at the counter not doing anything. The store isn't that big so she could see that we were clearly approaching the counter to check out. While walking to the counter, this rude employee decided she wants to clean the counter. We have her grace. She didn't even look at us or acknowledge that we were standing there. So my fiance tried to get her attention so that he could ask did they have a particular item(keep in mind we were about to purchase items regardless of her answer. When he tried to ask her about a product, she sat there and stared. He repeated himself and then she asks"what"? So at that point I assumed her hearing was impaired so I repeated the question and she immediately said no with a harsh tone. I honestly wasn't going to do a review but this employee obviously hates her job, or rather hates a certain people. Either way, two great potential customers were lost due to the ignorance of an employee that worked on 9/11/2025 with a purple shirt near 4:00 p.m. Maybe someone should speak with her about her ability to communicate properly because she will cause your business bad reviews. Yesterday, my sister went in to purchase Blazy Susan cones and Rose Palms cones. None of which contain tobacco, nicotine, or thc. The dirty blonde white guy with facial hair working there denied her purchase because he said she wasn’t of age. My sister is 19, and not only is she allowed in the store, but she is allowed to make purchases that are not tobacco, nicotine, or thc products.
I go upstairs to get items for myself as well as the items she wasn’t able to get, and the guy denies my purchase. Mind you, I am 25 years old.
My sister has gone in their alone multiple times to purchase her products, and has never had an issue. We were even in the store together with the owner, and never had an issue purchasing these specific products.
On the box of Blazy Susan cones it even says these products are not made for illegal substance use, as well as they contain only natural ingredients. I even asked the guy what they were made out of and he told me RICE PAPER. The Rose Palms box specifically says on the back of the boxes that their cones are available for legal purchase by anyone 18-21+. I would like to know why our purchases were actually denied.
He made the comment “I’m not losing my job over y’all”. My question to the company is, how could you lose your job if you are not doing anything illegal?

Only thing keeping it from that perfect 5 is stuff that you can't really blame them for, like their location and the rate of restock for very specific things, but other than that, it's an awesome place.
In terms of physical locations to purchase smokeware, both their prices and their selection are impressive. They have fairly good prices on hemp flour and vape stuff. They carry all the common stuff you'd expect, but the biggest draw for me is that they are the place that is most likely in my area to have specific things I find myself needing on blue-moon occasions.
Specific things I've needed/wanted that they carried where other smoke shops didn't include: 510 cartridges by themselves with nothing in them, a water pipe that is of a very specific type, height, and price range, a 420-themed dog toy, scales of a very specific sensitivity and unit, and specific...
